We need to understand the that giving indicator doesn't give you a right to turn / change lanes. You indicate, check for people coming in, and then turn. "Signal chaalu hai" is a common theme in these types of accidents. Which is bizarre. Most of the times the difference between signal being turned on, and the turn starting, is a couple seconds max.

Bridge is not the place to stop vehicle. It was his mistake but. Next time be careful when riding in city and especially with Auto's. Also, you should keep calm and just walk away. Suggest insurance claim😅 which they don't have usually..

1) Never overtake from Left..... EVER
2) Even lets say he stopped on the left to off board a passenger which is wrong but you should have taken your vehicle to Right Side (as he has already taken auto to the left side)
3) When you are on BIKE stay alert

Yes absolutely indicator was given the meaning of indicator is you will change the lane and start moving forward but he stopped over there , if we have to stop in case of emergency or something else the hazard light is invented

bhai...I agree that rickshaw waala shouldnt stop vehicle on the bridge...but his rickshaw had stopped before u hit and u had time in hand to apply brakes. Though autowallas dont follow proper rules and regulations, but in this case, its ur fault. One should never overtake from left side and should never speed in traffic. If you were careful enough and driving within limited speed you could have applied brake in time and avoided the collision. Just because u have the footage doesnt make u right here. You both didnt follow traffic rules. Before blaming others one should make sure that we oursleves follow traffic rules.
He did not overtake at all . He was just riding at left . His speed too was decent . 50 kmph . And at that speed sudden breaking leads to skidding of bike . I don't know if his bike has abs or not . So he wasn't at any fault . Giving indicator does not give you the right to just change your lane with no caution or care . On top of that that rickshaw was overload . It's totally autowala fault
