I was a right hander but after seeing jayasuriya and sangakkara I also wanted to bat as a left hander. But now I went back to being a right handed batter coz I cannot hit drives with the left hand. But we'll now I can actually bat from both hands but I'll keep on batting from the right hand
I don’t really deal with this struggle anymore since I’ve learnt how to bat with both hands, I do infact bat left handed and don’t practice right much anymore, I’m kind of losing my right hand skill and it’s making it harder to hit reverse sweeps.

This reminds me of when I was at school maybe year 8, a girl broke her arm and as a result had no option but to learn to write left handed in about 6 weeks - neater writing than most of us in the end. When I was at School I batted Right Handed but was constantly out Lbw. After watching David Gower on Tv in My Twenties I Tried batting left Handed and Found it was Easier for Me. But I can Also play Pool right and left handed. Im not Ambidextrous just Cross Handed at Some Things 😊😊
