yeah upbge is grait and easier to make all in blender internal wih is super old ore swich to unity and have to learning programming ( its also good) but the power of upbge is not the performance its to work seuper fast in blender and realize your ideas in few moments ... ive learned 2 years the bge and was sad about the fact its time to say good bye to bge ... but i was blenderholic and acept this reformations and changes . and for me especially its unimaginable that some people reactivate it in eevee !! also interessting is that eevee became faster and faster on the same computers and its also meaning that the gameengine becames better ;) so the grafic shit you have to be clean and structured in things with physics but its ok ... have a nice day

Im having a problem. i did all the ridgid body constraints as u shown, but the wheel does not stick to car body. Also car body fall onto wheell and does not levitate
Don't know about bones, all my constructions with bones was not worked )) To control weight you need to select needed object and enter in Physics Properties (icon with bounced ball, left side of the screen), make it Rigid Body and set the Mass. 0:45 Dont't forget to set "Blender Game" 0:43 To control suspension stiffnes - you can't do that with Logick Bricks, but you can encrease Force, wich lift a vehicle Up, you need to select car body, and set LogicBrick - Motion - Force - 10:02 Also you have to encrease FOorce on suspension cubes, wich pull a vehicle down 10:35 Friction in BGE - is in the Material Settings Friction in UPBGE - is is Physics Properties
Hey Shuripusta ILK. I have a small problem. Everything works great but when I want to create a new Level (Scene) and copy-paste my car in it the physic gets messed up. The front wheel steering will spin in circles even dough I have set the Substeps to 5. Did you have the same problem or do you know how to solve it? Thanks mate :)
Wow! I have the same problem... When you add a new scene, try to select - "Full Copy" - of a scene, it will solve the problem... and then change new scene as you want... )

I fixed it but it's sort of a hack, Instead of having a suspension for each front wheel, I just made a new central suspension which the steering is targeted towards. This worked :)
For street element you can use any 3d meshes with Static physics properties or RigidBody... image of skyscrapers with alpha channel for background... Yeah it is possible to create simple driving game in BGE

Чаще всего это происходит из-за того, что когда запускаешь игру и rigid body объект оказывается в другом rigid body объекте, нужно за этим следить, выставлять потенциально сталкивающимся объектам параметр Ghost или назначать разные Colission Groups/Masks

Super simple game you can create. In UPBGE some logic bricks is not working, or works not correct... Tried to make FPS game, and BGE have some glitches with animations too, or I don`t know something, Python maybe )) also when you exporting project in *.exe your game have very low frame rate. UPBGE is better with framerate in *.exe. I decided to drop BGE and to learn Godot.

@@ShuripustaILK I need help with UPBGE, I tried installing the newest .7z/rar version and when it's done downloading, it's just a page icon that doesn't do anything, and when I tried the zip version or the old versions of blender, the blenderplayer.exe doesn't work either.

LOL Been trying to come up with suspensions for a long time without using Python (even though it's necessary) and using wheels as rigid bodies (something the most successful Python suspension script doesn't use). I'm actually having problems now with my front wheels which will refuse to remain straight up, tilt to every side and ultimately not providing turning and sometimes even collapsing. Still, that's a perfect project to finally understand how to join rigid bodies so that they don't fly off repelling each other, thus it's "life saving" ;) [EDIT] Disregard my turning issues. I hadn't noticed that you used steering box objects and I applied the steering torque straight to the wheels so that I had to set angle limits that would make them unstable...

Hmmm... something seems off. Maybe it's the car still flipping over all the time (especially when turning!)
Now UPBGE is better with nice graphics (EEVEE) Blender 2.8 and the same logic bricks and python.

Прикольно, но когда деаешь сложную симуляцию, она у тебя улетет на небу или под небо, и в этом виновны либо колёса, или подвеска.

Are you working in BGE or UPBGE? It hace differences... Check the Scale parameter, it should be "1", or select object - press Ctrl+A and choose Scale
