Is Free Will a Lie?

Hello, Good People. I'm finally bringing you a video on B.F. Skinner and Free Will, actually Beyond Freedom & Dignity, which is a book he wrote to destroy civilization, I guess. JK, it's his theory on the technology of human behavior, which we see with social media.
So is free will real or are we subject to unseen forces? Do you think that once we see those forces, we can choose better for ourselves?
What do you think of the concept of NPCs (Non-Player Characters) - are these people who haven't earned free will or is a cruel insult? I don't like it, and I explain why at the end of the video.
