The space looks huge. What is the square footage. And what is the typical rent for something like this in Canada?
It's almost 10,000 sq ft on two floors.. in the video I show the main floor which is 4,800 sq ft. It is normal to rent places like this because it's unique and not many buildings like this are for sale
