    Do you always use 10000 grit to sharpen hmong knives? Or does it depends on certain type of metal. Kuv yog hmoob thiab.

      I use 10000 grit as a final steps before stropping with a leather belt

      Can you list Which grit in order? And also how many degrees do you sharpen at?
