I gotta say, I really like the section chief and coworkers. It's nice to see someone in a good working environment rather than a toxic one. I especially appreciate how the section chief gives quick, no nonsense instructions and then leaves him be to do his work. That shows he trusts him
Really sweet that Isshin and Mizuki became a couple with the support of their coworkers and would eventually get married.🥰 The two really make for a great couple and both appreciate one another quite a lot.😊

Well in a way isn't the mc a random guy. I guess his interview that made her oddly feel less nervous made her pay him more specific attention why he was nominated as the hardworking kind to get her love.
I think they explained it pretty well, even if it was mostly in a flashback scene: When they initially met at Asshin's CEO interview, their personalities clicked. It wasn't really romantic at that point (at least for her), but it was a greater-than normal respect that grew at a distance over time. Isshin - like many guys - was quicker to the romantic (or at least sexual) aspect, but due to his personality, buried it and made no effort to act - but that simply lets it grow without him realizing it - and once it became "OK" to act on it, it was full-fledged romantic interest, despite their lack of romantic relationship. Since neither had any experience, but both had plenty of motivation, dedication, and commitment, the relationship actually has a good chance of being very successful.

In Japan, people have a lot of respect for each other and normally people with positions above yours, you have to treat them with much more respect. She is also a woman, so it was difficult for him.
