- Jalebi Recipe, also known as Jilapi, zulbia, mushabak and zalabia, is a Middle Eastern sweet snack popular all over South and Western Asia. It is made by deep-frying maida flour batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then soaked in sugar syrup. This dessert can be served warm or cold.

Wonderful Kunalji, i m Gujarati. I used to make Galebies on Rakshabandhan . They always come out scripy and tasty. I used to use Ketchup bottle. This bottle used to be in my fridge for some days like u said. My Mom in law used to make even more perfect Gelebies. This video is a good reminder to me. Will make in coming days. I used to put one tsp of besan and one tsp curd in one cup of maida. Thank you 🙏

Yesterday my brother followed your instant jalebi recipe and made the yummiest jalebi ever. Even better than shops. Obviously it was his first time and we all were practicing how to get the shape properly, but if it tastes good, it's easy to ignore the shape. He's 15, and he's a foodie.
