      Yeah, but not useful for making jalebis, I once tried and put it in the grinder, the skin of the dal still remains and it smells disgusting & looks ugly!😅

    Boss,great.Agar Maida se banaayen toh Jalebi bolteh hai.Aur Urad dal se banaayen toh EMARTI bolteh Hein ,North India mein.(not Jalebi)

      This is not jhangiri. Jhangiri is called imrati in Hindi which is sweet but jalebi is a little sour because it's made only after fermentation or curd is added to it.

    Urad dal is unpolished n bcoz of that it has protein and high fibre too.
    Udad dal jalebi banane k liye we don't need the batter to be fermented. I m going to try this tomorrow itself. Interesting recipe.

    Non polished udad dal, curd for saurnes, pure ghee, safron for natural colour etc. Good information.
    चासनी गुड की हो तो सोने पे सुहागा। Better for health.

    Mere muh mein pani aa gaya.
    Mujhe udad dal ki jalebi bahut zyada pasand hai, last bar 2013 mein Bhagalpur mein khai thii,, uske baad se khane ka mauka hi nahi mila,,
