This is not jhangiri. Jhangiri is called imrati in Hindi which is sweet but jalebi is a little sour because it's made only after fermentation or curd is added to it.
Urad dal is unpolished n bcoz of that it has protein and high fibre too. Udad dal jalebi banane k liye we don't need the batter to be fermented. I m going to try this tomorrow itself. Interesting recipe.
