Replacing A Lock On A Sliding Vinyl Window

I had a maintenance request for a window that wouldn't lock in a tiny efficiency apartment. Apparently they tried closing the window with the lock in the locked position and broke the latch out of the body of the lock. Luckily this is a pretty standard style lock, so all it took was removing two screws and putting the new one one.
