I really liked it in your dining room for a cozy dinner party just add some grey goose and bloody Mary mix and it wouldn't get on your nerves as much.lol. Love, love your back yard too! Richard Burton, Houston,Texas.
i have to agree with you, the idea was cool but for 34.99? just doesn't interest me either, id return it too...those fire and ice projectors they sell for 19.99 to me are a better deal- this thing just isn't bright enough to really have much of an affect unless its maybe in your graveyard on a backdrop or something you build and even then its limited since it does get a bit annoying-
I'm soo glad you showed this to me today. I just ordered one from Lowes and theirs has a dial were you can speed it up or slow it down! 40 bucks. Thanks man!
I saw this at Kmart one day, came back the next week and they were sold out. I started to regret my hesitation in not purchasing one, though I usually wait out the initial impulse and see if there are any sales coming up as well. But the major reason why I still as of yet haven't bought one is that I already have a strobe/thunder light that pulses well to give the overall storm effect, with or without a fog machine, and the jury seems still out on whether this light is effective enough. Overall, Gemmy's projection/whirl-a-motion lights have gotten mixed reviews; it appears to be much more about simple vs. complex decorations and personal taste. But this one at $32.95 at a local Home Depot? Too much. On the flipside, WalMart seemingly out of nowhere had the Whirl-A-Motion lights for $14.95. Normal price. So, for the first time ever, I gobbled up two different styles of those to use as accent lights in a complete scenic display.
I think that’s what me and or if you have be done restorable turtledoves made by Gemmy you will have a storm brewing which is already happening in one of your videos with this projector it kind of matches with the projector itself
+jose jo I got mine from the At Home Store but I'm sure it will be widely available. It's a Gemmy product. I do not, however, recommend it. I will be returning mine.
it has potential but the programming sucks if it skipped around a bit more it would look more realistic but flashing a single bolt over and over looks cheesy I live in florida and it does not look like a thunder storm it could with different programming its actually designed like a mini dark ride lightning projector but wrong the 6 projections should be an animation of a strike set off in order in the same spot thats how its done then 1-3 flashes of the last frame they had the right idea with no clue how to do it
I thought they where gonna have that weird animated expansion effect like the firework projector, then again gemmy's light shows with decals like the whirl-a-motion always seem to be very dim, probably because the figurine decal blocks most of the light coming from the small LED bulb
+jose jo It will show up at other online stores closer to Halloween. At Home is the only store I've seen that is already putting out their Halloween merchandise.
Your house is gorgeous. Beautiful outside with Koi pond etc.
Thank you!
I think if you have a Disney Haunted Mansion theme with light lace sheers at a window this could work. The Thunder was awesome!!! 😊🎃
+Carla Perea Well, it has already gone back to the store. I rarely return things, but this was just awful. I do love Disney, though...
I had the same thought about the haunted mansion!
I love the Clue Poster!!!💜🧡💚💜🧡💚
A murder mystery needs a good thunderstorm!

+Rick Barton I returned it... haha

Maybe I’ll give it a look sometime.

+Rick Barton a dial would help tremendously!

+Macht Nichts Sei Mann which ones did you get?

You have a beautiful backyard. Hopefully you show how it transforms when it`s spooked up.
oops, I mean front yard.
+Fart Warrior Thanks. That's my front yard, though. Haha. I'll have to show my crazy backyard one of these days. It's just as over the top. :P
+Fart Warrior Ahhh. Yup.
Thanks for the great review!
Very cool! I need that! :-)
I purchased the gemmy ghost projector last year and it's almost pointless having it in my display do to you can't even see it because of how dim it is
+Intamin Dude seems like one of those props that are just good in theory. I wonder how many people have them and are disappointed.
Your yard is amazing
+Pono Basso I still haven’t cleaned up since the hurricane... it’s a wreck!
Good luck. Thanks for the video
I have to disagree I brought this or one similar at Wal-Mart for 29.99 and I have it outside and I love it
I was about to get some work done, but now that I've discovered your channel I don't think there's any hope of getting any work done today. 😂
+GummyTumor They're not worth that kind of praise, but thanks! Now I should get to work on more... I've been slacking.
Hey check out the one called THE Perfect Storm!
+Rick Barton is it?
Hello, where can I buy it?
+jose jo I got mine from the At Home Store but I'm sure it will be widely available. It's a Gemmy product. I do not, however, recommend it. I will be returning mine.

+Blake Griffin Sounds like you could teach them a thing or two!
I'm a massive fan of Gemmy's LED Lighshow brand but this is just *_Disappointing_*.....

+spooky lantern Good point!
I am from Spain .To see if you find me a page that sells it online
+jose jo It will show up at other online stores closer to Halloween. At Home is the only store I've seen that is already putting out their Halloween merchandise.
