- Retro Bowl on Prime Time TV! Houston hosts New England in Week 9 of the season, needing a win to stay in the playoff hunt. I retconned Savage's voice to make it more unique and some of the names of players around the league to set up stories for later in the season.

Thank you! I have a lot of practice and I just keep experimenting. Check out the "how to" video I made if you haven't already. I also hope that you add commentary to your channel one day even if it's just talking instead of play-by-play.

For the radio show: The win against New England was great, but If Houston actually wants to fight for a playoff spot this year, they have find that spark. With Leggett out for multiple weeks, Coach Smegman might have to look at the waiver wire for someone to bring in. This team needs a leader on the field.

Edit: Retro Bowl's yard counter screwed me over. I counted 186 yards, but Retro Bowl said 174, making him one yard short of the perfect 158.3 rating
I dunno if Retro Bowl deducts sacks from passing or rushing yards or at all but the only person who saw this coming was montae Herron’s wife.

I feel like this upcoming offseason (either the draft or free agency) we need to get another db. Ted Iupati needs the help on d, we gave up too many passes to Hulkowski and Edelguy. No hate to Iupati but he can't carry this defense right now (maybe in the future). I don't know but I feel like if Smegman wants to win, he needs to make a move on defense soon.

What program do you use to change your voice or is it yours?
I don’t use editing to change my voice much, it’s mostly just delivery. I do use “pitch changer” in Adobe Audition for some of the more dramatic characters like Wolfie or Hulkowski.

Houston’s range in my opinion is 7-10 to 10-6-1. Based on the offense this game, I think they’ll do pretty well and be an underdog. Indianapolis really is going to be an underdog, and is going to have to work to get into the playoffs. Worst case scenario, 6-11, best case scenario, 10-7. Ah the debates of football. What a great sport.

Thanks! I have a basic mic setup by closet and just talk to myself until I get all the parts right. Then I edit it all together. I did a “how to” video on the channel that shows some details if you wanna see more

Which one? I am all of the voices lol and really I just read out loud to find styles that sound unique then tweak them by speaking at different speeds and intensity. Add a little accent to guys like Colt for more depth.
