Just hours ago I was talking to the Lord about my uncertainty of eternal life and hoping that I am saved. He answered my prayer with a sermon by pastor Doug confirming what I had hoped. “ confidence with caution “ . I may stumble from time to time but I keep moving forward with Christ.. Thank you pastor Doug! I’m learning so much from your sermons You are such a blessing in my walk with Jesus and for so many others 💕
It is hard work being a Christian. I am tired, weary, and I know God wants me to grow, which means letting go of more of self, and it doesn't always go easily. When all around us people do whatever they like & have every comfort, while God calls me to let go of more. I know God's way is the route I want of course, but I am struggling a bit. The sermon, as usual inspires & motivates me & for that, , is better then anything. Thank you Pastor Doug, may God continue to bless you & yours.

Thank you for this service. Faith. I recently lost my job over not wanting the vaccine. I was a social worker for over 13 years. I’m currently battling lupus and on a ton of medications. I just want to know the long term side effects are from this vaccine. With lupus I’m already fatigued. Another symptom is unexplained fevers, painful joints! It literally hurts to move. Chest pain upon deep breathing I’m a hot mess. Even though I struggle with This disease I have still managed to work for over 13 years at the same job 40 hours a week. I’m a single mother with two children! My youngest is autistic. Now! I’m losing my medical insurance. I don’t know how I’m going to pay my bills, I’ve spent all my savings durning the shut down. I want to give up. But I have faith! Please pray for my family. Thank you for giving me a stronger faith!

I read his book, THE RITCHEST CAVEMAN. I HAVE BEEN PRAYING FOR KNOWLEDGE TO HELP ALL THAT HAVE QUESTIONS IN MY LIFE AS THEY LISTEN TO THE STORIES OF MY LIFE. PEOPLE ARE BEING DRAWN TO ASK ME QUESTIONS ABOUT GOD , AND THEY DESERVE TO KNOW THE TRUTH. THE ONES IM NOT SURE OF, I TELL THEM I PRAY AND ASK GOD TO GIVE ME THE RIGHT ANSWER.I FEEL VERY BLESSED TO HAVE MET HIM AND ALL THE OTHERS, LIKE 3ABN on Tv, and the Others I can’t remember because of many surgeries and a stroke last year. I have a short testimony of my stay at icu when had stroke. Towards the 5th or 6th day my body was so drained of all my energy. As I lay there I called on him to help me live. I sensed every breath the Lord was giving me. I never felt such a closeness to God as that the Devil had me so beat down, it could only be God by my bedside.AMEN.
I have come to a point in my life where I realize that all of the other things that used to matter really don’t matter much. I’m learning to put God first and forming a lasting relationship with Jesus is my primary focus. Amen 🙏🏽

I absolutely love listening to Pastor Doug. There are so many RUclips “Pastors” but Pastor Doug consistently preaches the truth. I understand it’s a family church so there will be children. Maybe parents should sit closer to the back as I’m sure it must be distracting for the other church members.

I am the 3rd generation from a sunday worshiping family and i know very well that no sunday preachers preach and explain the bible prophecy in Daniel & revelation even to this day... I understood those prophecies the time you preached on my new tv as i was looking for the Chanel's i liked and it happened to be this same preacher appearing on the tv screen so i had to pause and watched the preacher..the more i watched the preaching got interesting because i was learning a new thing which i have never known . Finally me and my husband decided to join Adventist.. Pastor Doug , God is really using you in the Amazing facts and i believe many will have same testimony as mine...🇵🇬🇵🇬🇵🇬

The trinity and the Godhead are exactly the same thing, only the word trinity is not in the Bible. I struggle too much in my sin of lust of the flesh. I feel as though I'm already lost. I do believe in one God the almighty 🙏. I have depression that keeps me bummed out and down most of the time. I need a guide or someone that can be a mentor to me.

I’ve been watching Doug bachelor for years. I’ve been baptized at Sacramento Central 25 years ago. The strange thing on these videos that I never realized is over half of them have a screaming baby in the background. “Just saying”
As an adventist you probably belive in Ellen G White.. She writes about People in heaven, Who is asking Jesus about the scares in his hands. Thus they don't know about the gospel. How much have they belived? Yet they are saved!
If the Holy Ghost was not received as Jesus did, which includes witnesses seeing the apparition descend and hearing the Father speak (Luke 3:22), then that person has not repented of all of their sins, therefore has no guarantee of eternal life. It is interesting when those that have not received the Holy Ghost preach about receiving eternal life when they haven’t gotten the assurance from God. What is needed are teachers that have first walked the path rather than those that speculate on the path.
Paul wrote the words, "in Christ" 77 times. From these two simple words we learn two things: There is ‘the imputed righteousness of Christ’ (how He has legally ascribed to us His righteous history as our own, proven by removing the inherited death sentence passed down from "the first man Adam;" and we by baptism publicly declare our faith in this legal binding fact). And then there is ‘the imparted righteousness of Christ’ (the call to “good works” written 16 times we enter His rest, of which "the seventh day" Sabbath is "the seal of the living God." And we, by faith, daily invite Jesus to live out the wonders of His faith in us). Just know: it is "the faith of Jesus" not faith in Jesus. Hence the reason Paul said, “I die daily.” “It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. The Lord is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.” And this "hope maketh not ashamed."

I don’t understand. I just watched a Doug Batchelor video two hours ago and there were ads every six minutes in a one hour video. I start this video. I’m already 30 minutes into it and there isn’t a single ad. What is up with that? I was considering unsubscribing because these ads have been happening a lot lately. Excuse me pastor but the question should not be how can we know if we have eternal life but how can we know that we will spend eternity in God´s presence. Remember that all humans have eternal life: in heaven or in hell.

*LIFE ETERNAL... BUT PERMANENT?* Many argue that because the life God gives us is eternal and not temporary, it cannot be lost. But by thinking this way, they seem to be missing a very important point. Because though it is true that the life God gives us through Jesus is eternal, this life must also abide in us in order to be permanent: "Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him" (1 John 3:15). How is this explained? Understanding that God has placed this eternal life in Jesus, and not in us: “God has given us eternal life; and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life" (1 John 5: 11-12), the only way it can become permanent and abide in us till the end is if we abide in the son of God, who said: "I am the vine, ye are the branches... Abide in me" (John 15). In short, eternal life is actually IN THE VINE and not necessarily in the branches, unless they remain connected to the vine. Therefore, in order for the branch to RETAIN that eternal life PERMANENTLY, it must ABIDE in the vine; otherwise it will lose it: “If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned” (John 15: 1-6). And though it is true that Jesus said eternal life is obtained by believing in him: “He who believes in the Son has eternal life” (John 3:36), he also spoke of those who “for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away" (Luke 8:13). They simply don’t believe in a permanent way. In other words, when Jesus said that it was necessary to believe in him in order to have eternal life, he was referring precisely to that: BELIEVING, and not only to ‘have once believed’. So the only way to be saved is by ‘enduring to the end’ in the faith, and persevering in doing the Father's will, that is, keeping the commandments of love: “the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved”; "Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 10:22; 24: 12-13; 7:21). Because he who does not abide in love but allows it to cool down, turning away from God and mistreating others, will become a 'murderer' in the eyes of God: "Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him", and unfortunately will lose that eternal life that God placed in his son, unless he repents and corrects himself, and returns to the narrow way: “Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins” (James 5: 18-19). So while it is true that the kind of life God gives is not temporary but eternal, our participation in that life must also be permanent and not temporary; and if we want to keep it abiding in us, we also must abide in Jesus to the very end: "he that endureth to the end shall be saved" (Matthew 10:22). I understood those prophecies the time you preached on my new tv as i was looking for the Chanel's i liked and it happened to be this same preacher appearing on the tv screen so i had to pause and watched the preacher..the more i watched the preaching got interesting because i was learning a new thing which i have never known .

The trinity and the Godhead are exactly the same thing, only the word trinity is not in the Bible. Why is Doug a viper, he teaches the Bible, the same truth that Jesus and the apostles taught is the truth that Doug teaches. He believes in Jesus and the Bible as the only truth. I struggle too much in my sin of lust of the flesh. I feel as though I'm already lost. I do believe in one God the almighty 🙏. I have depression that keeps me bummed out and down most of the time. I need a guide or someone that can be a mentor to me.

Pastor Doug, how do you find the time to do all the goid you do?
If the Holy Ghost was not received as Jesus did, which includes witnesses seeing the apparition descend and hearing the Father speak (Luke 3:22), then that person has not repented of all of their sins, therefore has no guarantee of eternal life. It is interesting when those that have not received the Holy Ghost preach about receiving eternal life when they haven’t gotten the assurance from God. What is needed are teachers that have first walked the path rather than those that speculate on the path.
If you believe That God send Jesus and that he was risen from the Dead, you shall be Saved
Paul wrote the words, "in Christ" 77 times. From these two simple words we learn two things:
There is ‘the imputed righteousness of Christ’ (how He has legally ascribed to us His righteous history as our own, proven by removing the inherited death sentence passed down from "the first man Adam;" and we by baptism publicly declare our faith in this legal binding fact). And then there is ‘the imparted righteousness of Christ’ (the call to “good works” written 16 times we enter His rest, of which "the seventh day" Sabbath is "the seal of the living God." And we, by faith, daily invite Jesus to live out the wonders of His faith in us). Just know: it is "the faith of Jesus" not faith in Jesus. Hence the reason Paul said, “I die daily.”

*LIFE ETERNAL... BUT PERMANENT?* Many argue that because the life God gives us is eternal and not temporary, it cannot be lost. But by thinking this way, they seem to be missing a very important point. Because though it is true that the life God gives us through Jesus is eternal, this life must also abide in us in order to be permanent: "Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him" (1 John 3:15). How is this explained?
Understanding that God has placed this eternal life in Jesus, and not in us: “God has given us eternal life; and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life" (1 John 5: 11-12), the only way it can become permanent and abide in us till the end is if we abide in the son of God, who said: "I am the vine, ye are the branches... Abide in me" (John 15).
In short, eternal life is actually IN THE VINE and not necessarily in the branches, unless they remain connected to the vine.
Therefore, in order for the branch to RETAIN that eternal life PERMANENTLY, it must ABIDE in the vine; otherwise it will lose it: “If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned” (John 15: 1-6).
And though it is true that Jesus said eternal life is obtained by believing in him: “He who believes in the Son has eternal life” (John 3:36), he also spoke of those who “for a while believe, and in time of temptation fall away" (Luke 8:13). They simply don’t believe in a permanent way. In other words, when Jesus said that it was necessary to believe in him in order to have eternal life, he was referring precisely to that: BELIEVING, and not only to ‘have once believed’.
So the only way to be saved is by ‘enduring to the end’ in the faith, and persevering in doing the Father's will, that is, keeping the commandments of love: “the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved”; "Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 10:22; 24: 12-13; 7:21).
Because he who does not abide in love but allows it to cool down, turning away from God and mistreating others, will become a 'murderer' in the eyes of God: "Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him", and unfortunately will lose that eternal life that God placed in his son, unless he repents and corrects himself, and returns to the narrow way: “Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him; let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins” (James 5: 18-19).
So while it is true that the kind of life God gives is not temporary but eternal, our participation in that life must also be permanent and not temporary; and if we want to keep it abiding in us, we also must abide in Jesus to the very end: "he that endureth to the end shall be saved" (Matthew 10:22).
