On Flycast, you can set your mouse to control port B, which is for player 2. This will work for both SEGA Naomi and Dreamcast versions. As for the PC port, there is a config.exe in the installation folder, there you can set player 2 controls to mouse and control player 2 that way.

@@Watts2020 you can change settings within the emulator itself. No need to edit any cfg file. Once you start the game, press TAB on your keyboard to bring in the menu and you will find Settings menu there.
@@Watts2020 you're welcome. Also another tip: If you have 2 mouse connected to your pc, then you can enable raw input in the settings and you can use each mouse for each player separately, which is nice.
