how many 4'x8' metal sheets are required?

Defender Fabrication, just look for papercraft bear or other animals on Etsy, find the animal you like , download the plans and convert them to metal whichever way you can

How did you find the right angle for bending?

its all done on computer. the angles are copied from another program called Pepakura
