- Our Animal Rescue Team, with the support of our shelter and rescue partners, is removing approximately 4,000 beagles from a mass breeding facility that received multiple violations for issues such as inadequate veterinary care and insufficient food. Many of these dogs were bound for animal testing laboratories across the country. This is a massive undertaking and we urgently need your support to help us transport, care for and find homes for these dogs as quickly as possible.

What about rabbits, monkeys all animals used in laboratory testing for make up companies and medical companies. It should be completely banned across the board. Boycot any companies using animal testing. Including proctor and gamble. Years and years of unnecessary suffering of innocent animals all for their profit. God bless these innocent angels.
The human is the most dangerous creature I think IMO
So what, you do all this hard work and the companies that use and abuse them just start all over again? These companies should be heavily penalised and banned from ever using animals for testing. If it can't be done safely then it shouldn't be done at all. If said companies are using such chemicals that they need animal testing, then I'd be questioning whether we should be using them period. Society needs to really think about the direction we are heading in. I applaud you all. Thank you and just awesome that these pups get another chance.
Beagles are SO Intelligent SO loving. They don't deserve to be used for EXPERIMENTAL WORK. Nor does any other creatures. Thank you for all you do.

I had seen this when the release was first on social media and the news...this breaks my heart, these beautiful souls...we raised and bred AKC beagles when I was a kid, my Dad did not ever believe in buying or selling dogs, especially our beagles...they were field trained for hunting and those that were noise shy were adopted out as pets...it kills me to think ANY animal has been tortured for ANY reason, totally unacceptable...I am currently and have for 20+years been an active feline rescue, foster, tnr, and neonate care in the communities I have lived most especially Douglas County, Georgia now. Thank you to all those who had a part in rescuing these precious furrbabies 👍👍👍

These animal testing facilities should be shut down, and heavily fined for all the work and efforts you end up taking on with your donations and your resources...How can people do this for a paycheck They surely are not helping the animal medical field nor helping humans except profit off them for their rediculous testing. Therefore employees should walk away from these type of jobs and find another line of work since they are just as bad as the companies they represent!!

I'm very happy for these 4,000 dogs that have been saved from barbaric testing. Unfortunately, that is not going to stop the testing. All of these dogs will simply be replaced by others not as fortunate. How do we stop the testing instead?
