Honeyjubu, when you were chopping a red thing up with scissors into the pot @2.30 you called it a dried pepper. Do you mean chili, or is it a type of mild red pepper, or capsicum, that we call it in the West? I love your recipes, but I'm unsure of some of the ingredients. Thank you. Honeyjubu, when you were chopping a red thing up with scissors into the pot @2.30 you called it a dried pepper. Do you mean chili, or is it a type of mild red pepper, or capsicum, that we call it in the West? I love your recipes, but I'm unsure of some of the ingredients. Thank you. I have a question: in your recipes, when you say red pepper paste and/or red pepper powder, which type of pepper do you mean for me in the USA to use? I would love to cook some of your things and would love to come as close as possible without going to a specialty shop to find spices.
