I just purchased one today and I'm sniffing my Santal, 33 as I watch your review. It really is like a little piece of heaven, isn't it? The scent is so unique and addictive, almost mindblowing. Can't wait to wear it outside!
I love Santal 33! I also have Vetiver 46, Rose 31 and Bergamote 22, and planning to get Noir 29. At Le Labo Singapore, they bottle the scents as soon as you buy them and have your name or initials printed on the label.
I like how calming it smells as I love the smell of wood and nature. It's lovely. I wear it to sleep 😍

First spray of this perfume, talagang amoy kahoy siya at all. It can be overwhelming for a person who is not really familiar with how perfume works. Pero as soon as it touches your skin the longer it stays nagiging light yung smell siya and it becomes like powdery - a light one. tapos talagang naamoy mo siya sa sarili mo pag may air naaamoy mo siya sa hangin. here in the UAE the 50ml bottle costs 750 aed. and the 100ml costs 1150 aed. multiply niyo sa 13.50 and that's how it cost in peso. although mas mahal I think sa pinas because of VAT.
overall it's super worth it! =)

This is a nice scent for a fresh, woody and powdery lover then this is for you. but for the same price range i prefer Byredo bal d’afrique over this one. Santal 33 has a weird pickled celery scent in the opening until the mid, a simple scent but kinda boring for me but if you love subtle and complex fragrance with a hint of citrusy, fresh spicy, and floral then Bal d’afrique is for you. Both great woody and powdery scent and a must have in your collection but its up for your own choice. Btw i own both.
I own byredo blanche, I love it! Do you think i would also love bal d'afrique? I'm not huge on woody scent kasi. But a lot of people have been raving about it so I'm thinking on buying one.
@@life.onmars ofcourse you would love it. I own both and They’re both freshies, blanche is a floral fresh while bal d’afrique is woody, ambery a bit citrus fresh. Indeed bal d’afrique is woody but its light, airy and soft woody. A bit musky and sweet on the dry down and that makes it tones down the woodiness, citrusy of the fragrance. It is a well balance fragrance, pretty unique and very nice on warm weather. 😊

S33 and Aventus are two of my fave and go to niche perfumes. They never fails to get compliments. S33 scent is bold and unisex, can be used for day and night time.

Pinacheck koto sa friend ko sa Dubai Mall kung magkano at kung mabango, ang impression nya dito ay woody and unique daw ang scent ang price ay AED 1,155 in PhP 16,031.40 para sa 100ml. Mas mahal pala kaysa US price nya. Pero mas gusto nya yong scent ng LYS 41.
I have to agree with the "artisan level of perfume". It has a warm and fuzy feeling
I used this perfume last month, my dad and mom hated it. Idk why but it smells good for me. Ig its new for them to smell a different scent than the usual flowery and sweet scents.

Nandun yung creamy sweetness ng sandalwood. Amoy na amoy at yung longevity 6hrs na naamoy ko pa din until now.
Consider BLACK OPIUM of Saint Laurent you guys, it's so seductive. Especially if you're that kind of person that is silent but want to be a silent killer. Haha.

I also used Miniso Midsummer Firefly, sobrang creamy than pickle juice feels. Less projection nga lang, skin scent na after 30 minutes... comparing it sa (expensive) na decant ng Santal 33.

Not sure bakit sa akin parang wala syang amoy. Pagka-spray naamoy mo sya pero ilang minutes wala na. Hindi din sya maamoy ng mga tao sa amin. I got a different experience based on how u described it.
smell woody and leather sa first spray.but later on smell getting creamy and a bit sweet.but if you sprayed too much mabaho talaga.i went to nordstrom i ask the lady she spray to me until 8 hours you can still smell it.kasi oil type perfume kaya yong longevity nya matagal.
Great review! Definitely a great description for santal 33 ... I smelled this first while perfume shopping in a mecca maxima shop... the sales ambassador there recommended that to me, for me it smelled and reminded me of a newly bought leather bag..hehehe!(but in a good way..).. then as time passed it became more fragrant (for me that's how it was).. May not be for everyone, for me this is an acquired taste.. but worth it.. 👌

My bf gifted me a 50ml of this perfume and to tell you honestly as much as I want to love this scent but when the moment I had it on me I feel so nauseous.
That’s okay that’s understandable 😁 not many people would appreciate this kind of scent, it’s a niche fragrance after all 😊 but yah thabks for sharing 🙌🏻

That’s interesting because here in America I’ve heard more people claiming it smells more masculine than unisex 😂 mas bagay daw sa lalaki rather than babae. My coworker uses it every single day pero ang bango bango nya talaga lalaking lalaki yung bango nya pero yung iba na gumagamit iba yung smell. I wonder if it’s the skin’s ph lvl or hormones na nag affect sa bango.

Honestly, it's too overpriced for me. It smells so strong but unique. Maybe it's just not my taste.
Because it’s hyped, i blind buy this perfume. When i tried it, naalala ko ung kabataan ko.. Seriously, para kang kagagaling lng sa albularyo dahil ngpahilot ka and tinapalan ng papel sa noo.. or it’s like nasa loob ka ng isang temple na di mo maintindihan. I regret buying this. Its not for me.. it’s smells like Diptyque Tamdao.. The Best Le Labo scent is Another 13.. ❤️

I have a long relationship with this fragrance. It's not for everyone.. I suggest don't blind buy. Try it first, you might hate it/like it. It's a very uplifting scent I must say and I quite love it :)

Naku, different scent profiles. They’re both superior sa accords nila. Sguro you can ask if alin saknila ang more mass appealing, ang sagot ko is zara VL. Craftsmanship, definitely santal 33

So i came accross people who were offering me na magpasabay ng purchase sa US mga ganyan, pero since its too expensive for me hnd ko pa gnawa, also not yet sure if legit yun or not.
