Spotify actually threw Drugs into my mix of songs and I was like, wow, that's catchy, I like this. Then it threw in Losing my mind, same feeling so I added them both. Then I finally went and watched the videos and liked all 3 and was disappointed that it was just the 3 songs and not an album because I wanted more, lol. Then when Popular Monster came out I was already following their YT so I watched it and immediately fell in love and it's my favorite of the 4 (but I honestly love them all) Then I fell down the rabbit hole of reaction videos to all 4 songs. lol.
xDarkTrinityx I had the exact same reaction, except I was also disappointed because I wanted to actually purchase the songs on CD so I could have a physical copy rather than just a digital copy. If I could get a vinyl, I would get that for the best audio, but CD is always preferred to digital.

Then I heard losing my life, once again, the first few times were a bit confusing, especially because of the rap parts, I thought he was a bit obnoxious at one point, but overall, I liked the song. I found some of their older songs, like I'm not a vampire and Alone, and it all confirmed that "obnoxious" view I had of him. I started listening to losing my life more, and I realized it was deeper than that (though I already knew it was deeper that just being obnoxious, but I realized there was more to learn than I thought). I think I heard Popular Monster before Drugs, I was confused by the rapping at the very beginning, but it's by far my favorite. So yeah, except losing my mind, I was kind of confused the first time, then liked it as it went on, and the more I listen to it, the more I love it.

I really dig Ronnie and how he faces issues and the public and how he's true to himself while also trying to be a better person. Makes me think of Oli Sykes and I adore Oli and his story. If I can connect with a singers lyrics and how various experiences lead to those lyrics, then I'm sold dude haha
You guys HAVE to check out their Live versions of these songs! I'm a huge fan and you wouldn't believe how crazy he can sing!!? Even better than the original because it hits you so much harder!! I mention it because you felt the pop vibe in Losing mind (which you are correct, it's the first one). It may give you a different one seeing and hearing Live.
