Aramaki was being bullied or something similar since he didn't want to show his face but after a while he finally found someone who didnt judged him which was Nanoha. Even took cared of him and supported him throughout everything and became a couple. Amazing ending for this story
Meanwhile the bullies are gonna be ostracized and the word of their actions will spread through the telephone game until it becomes common belief that they intentionally tried to kill Aramaki. Thus their social lives will never move anywhere beyond sitting at rock bottom as they fruitlessly try to tell people they didn't know about his allergies. And even those that do call them out for never asking why Aramaki wore a mask to begin with. Needless to say, they're lives are screwed.

Nanoha was really great for not judging Keigo for wearing the mask and actually getting to know him. And Keigo chose to defend her when Shingo was being too aggressive with her, even when he had his mask ripped off and he nearly died from his allergies. Now the two became a sweet and loving couple that everyone supports and they can be happy and caring to one another from now on.
This story reminded me of a story on manga room, where the FMC wears a mask because she has dermatitis. As of the story, I'm glad that Aramaki's classmates were not as judgemental as Akuno , they're not really judging Aramaki just because he's wearing a mask . As of Akuno , he got what he deserved.

But there was a legitimate reason why he wore one. In a way, this kind of brings up some sour history back during the height of the COVID pandemic, where some people thought wearing a mask was robbing every one of their freewill. You wear a mask, you're the odd one out. A mask saves lives, no matter what the problem is, and Aramaki almost had his taken away because of stupid reasons. Anyway, I'm surprised Nanoha never mentioned her past to Shingo as it would make the story a little more interesting, but I digress. It's great enough. I like how she didn't judge Aramaki for wearing a mask. I'm also happy Aramaki found a way to be treated for his condition. No one should be kept in a state like that. I often wear facemasks when Inwas in HS coz of my bad asthma and allergies, but never was I bullied for it. I was bullied since I have ADHD instead. Its rough having asthma, poor respiratory and allergies. Till today Im suffering from it but I ditchednthe mask and sucks up being sick and sniffles all the time.
