artists ask for odd things on their riders to ensure that their equipment is set up properly for a performance. Ashton probably put in a lot of these because drums are heavy and with how hard you have to play them you'd want to make sure that they're stable. I can't remember which band, but they put in their rider that they need a bowl of m&ms with all the brown ones picked out. if they get in their dressing room and they see brown m&ms, they won't go on stage because when they went on and there were brown m&ms, the stage collapsed. if the venue can fulfill these strange requests, they can hopefully set up their equipment properly. ashton probably just didn't want to correct her/embarrass her

1. Pay more attention to your guests. They look crammed up on the sofa. Poor guys putting up a smile.
2. LET THEM FINISH. I noticed in your previous videos as well.
3. The setting is not really working out. It seems off. Make it mkre welcoming and homey.
I get it you feel your accomplishment but it's coming off like you're too proudy.
We're used to seeing you on RUclips where you're without question a Goddness Queen of Content.
We've seen many talk shows.
Maybe you're taking time to adjust.
But you've already got to accept that you ARE the talk show host and ACCEPT it.
Because it feels like you're still trying to flaunt that success. It comes off too strongly in your show.

I don't think that was a good idea to do - I think they felt a bit attacked because this interview overall made 5SOS look ungrateful. It was funny because their demands were definitely a bit much, but it was at the cost of the guest which you shouldn't do as a host. I could sense the strange tension - If I were in 5SOS's spot I'd feel like I was being put on the spot.
