    The way she gazed intently to her right into the middle distance, as though she was really keen to watch the Perishers and the other thing, is very grating.

    Five to Eleven was literally the dreariest programme imaginable. Even just hearing that music is inducing narcolepsy in me right now

      I too have that entire theme tune permanently burned into my mind. The problem is, the way the visuals abruptly cut in time to the rhythm of the music just underlines the weariness of it. This is the sort of tune prisoners would have in their heads being slowly marched to the firing squad.

      @@stephenmcconnell1000 they later changed it to some other piece of music which was less depressing, which is literally every other piece composed in human history.
