Umm Omg lol
Who cares just go and follow your dream
Just an update,
I am Chayancze's older sister. For all of you that have made fun of him on here for being small, short, "not enough swag", and unmotivated, you are sadly mistaking. He is the most passionate kid I know. No one wants it more than him. Even though I am older than him, he inspires me everyday. He makes me want to work harder, be a better person, and always smile and try my best. (Of course we fight like cats and dogs, but I know he's always on my team in the end)
To those of you who said he would never make it, he is playing baseball on a scholarship as a Sophomore at Iowa Wesleyan College as the starting second basemen. More importantly, he's going to school to be a teacher, to help kids be the best that they can be. In my opinion, there is no one better for the job. This March we will go see him during his Spring training in Florida.
I know that he loves his supporters, and all of the positive calls and comments. But regardless, I'm proud of my brother and the baseball player, and person he turned out to be!
He's gonna be successful in life if he puts this much effort into everything he does.
"There is no substitute for hard work." - Thomas A. Edison
You said we are sadly mistaken for calling him short and saying he has no swag but then you dont back up why we are mistaken, you just go on to say he works hard. Hes posing for the camera every shot. The convo before the groundball probably went a little like this: " hey dad can we do some grounders?" "Sure son lemme just get my b..." "No dad just roll them to me, really softly and make sure to get it in the cameras view"
Well, considering our dad died in 2004, I guarantee it didn't go anything like that. Thanks though, have a nice day.
Kammiroen Reilly we didnt ask for your life story
Kammiroen Reilly hard work pays off for those who bust their add! love your haters it kills them inside !
I'm 5'1 and I'm a freshman in high school. baseball is what I work for. don't let size ruin your mentality on success
+Alex Moeller you have about a year to grow 6 or 7 inches
+Alex Moeller I am 5'7.7 and i am a freshman, and i was right fielder last year in 8th grade, and i wanna become great, and i want to work my ass off trying to get good, but i never have time to do all i want to do
I'm 5-8 in grade 7 and I'm already trying my hardest to succeed
+PlayerL You have a minecraft screenie as your profile pic; ofc you have all the time you need to practice.
+Ian Peters (Ranger0203) well I haven't had much time with finals coming up and I haven't played a game in a while and soon I am gonna practice after finals
I hope you go on to play college baseball because when your teammates get a hold of this recruiting video they are going to have a hell of a time with it
coolconman11 yo I’m wheezing
coolconman11 lmfao
Three things to be successful as a college player:
1. Good grades - you got that covered.
2. Character and how you conduct yourself as a person - with social media, everybody is watching.
3. Talent and ability.
If I were a college coach, you're the kind of kid I'd want on my team.
acmedata you have no way to judge his talent from this video
@@tyler8walker bro he's saying that in general for anyone that want to continue there baseball life
Baseball was my life until my high school crushed my dreams by not letting me play because my Math grades were below a C grade in freshman year. I ended up passing that year and tried the next year and they denied me playing that year as well because I didn't play the previous year. Seeing videos like this makes me burst into tears.
To whom it may concern, I watched this video when I was a young man. Maybe 15-16. I’m almost 22 now. My baseball dreams may be over now. But it still gives me strength to be the man I’m suppose to me. Thank you. It goes further than you may think. Thank you. Goodluck.
I'm 20 and I got 3 years left in college playing ball I do the same thing come right back to this.
Stay motivated, stay driven, stay led...
Going through a similar situation.. Not so much about sports, but about my career, my life's calling. One thing's for sure though, It's ALL I want and I won't stop until I have it.
I wish God's grace and guidance for you brother.
Lol I wish they hit grounders that slow when I was in high school
+Matthew Friske right at my tryout my coach was hitting hot shoots with his fungo bat and once i caught it he was crushing the ball
+Mzssiah| Trickshotter🔫 one time my coach used my combat bat and hit it over the fence and we thought are we robbing home runs
What you don't realize is they are trying to show mechanics. So they arent trying to hit it as hard as they can. Most tryouts with good teams and coaches hit it slow to see mechanics.
Matthew Friske ikr
Aido if there trying to show mechanics he wouldn't be diving on balls barely hit
Lmaooo at the end alls he's thinking is shit im late to the game
Omfg 😂😂😂😂😂
diedd
Kids say they want it but don't wanna work. Props to you.
This video helps me so much. I'm a sophmore at my high school, and I'm 6 foot 155Ibs. I'm one of those kids who has been told by multiple coaches and trainers, I can be used on Varsity, yet I'm kept on JV. I work every single day in practice 6/7 days a week. My head coaches have me competing against seniors in everything I do because no matter how tired I get, I do not give up. Watching this video just inspires me, and many other kids competing for a spot to continue working. Thank you.
Kid... I have not seen you playing yet.. but trust me.. with your drive.. you will succeed . The only thing you should take care of is your body.. give it some time to rest also.. You are going to have teams knocking on your door any minute.. good luck
also.. Talk to the Detroit Tigers.. then will need a good second baseman in about 3 years
They got kinsler bro. He's got at least 5-8 left.
hes playing college ball for Iowa Tigers
Collyn dean
arent they the Hawkeyes?
i dont know
It's been three years buddy I believe Ian kinsler is still getting the job done
Hey great video I am a middle school baseball player with the same dream just keep working hard man.
same here dude wish u luck...….
Did y’all ever make someontih
How did your dreams go @James Coleman? Crazy how It’s been 6 years now! I’m in your shoes now
did you make it
Same
I used to watch this all the time in middle school and high school. I just turned 20 and thought to watch this again lol. Still going too
Man, it was the biggest motivational video that I've watched so far! I'm 29 years old (I'll turn 30 on July) and I'm from Venezuela. I just wanted to tell you that you have encouraged me to be better. "When you want to succeed as bad as you wanna breath then you're gonna be successful" I¿ll never forget those words. Thanks a lot man, may God bless you!
He's at a DIII college in Iowa.
Lmao you did him so dirty
Doesn’t matter. At least he got to play the game he loves for a little longer
@@cashbearful why cant he go to the minor league?
GPA 4.5, still can't spell "average"..
How do you even get a 4.5 lmao
+sabria a salinas honors or ap classes
+sabria a salinas some schools go out of 5.0 gpa
Sid ll no. School go to 5.0 and 6.0. And some kids can get like a 115% in a class I did one year and got a 4.1 GPA But I get a 3.8
This kid has confidence.. Even if he only does this 3 days a week, which I doubt, he has the drive and seems humble enough to still be coachable. Posting this took courage.. Good luck kid!
always nice to see someone working hard for something they want.
One and only thing I hated about this video....ur the kid who doesn't wear long socks under his pants
+Javier Velasquez nope, long socks are classy
You don't wear long socks lmao wtf
gavinsmitty23 you're supposed too
Brack Herring says? nobody in my highschool does.
+Javier Velasquez so a Jose Altuve
Bullshit, he doesn't do all this everyday at 4 am...
Foreal xDD
It's obvious, maybe he do that one day or two. I train at 6 am and it's difficutl because you don't have much energy because you can't sleep less than 6 hours and pretend that you can be superman and shit. Plus, i practice two sports, it's tough men.
Noah Guidry He can. But it's very difficult, and you don't get any good from sleeping bad and train hard.
You get more exhausted with the past of the days, and you don't recover yourself with ease.
I have friends that do wake up everyday at 4 pm and condition. It's called dedication. Just because you don't, doesn't mean other people don't.
Man this takes me back to when I watched this in the off season of my high school baseball years. Man I miss high school. 💔
This video pushed me to start working towards my potential everyday 6 years ago, still love it to this day
needs to work on those tricep extensions
I've watched this video countless times and it really inspires me. Good job and good luck in the future 👍
I was 12 years old when I first watched this video, this video motivated me at a young age and still does thank you !
Stay dedicated kid. There is no bad in training whether its your senior year or freshman year. Here in ga we train like that from 8th grade up
4.5 GPA dang
4.2 :(
Lol he set a clock to 4 am and went and worked out at night. Did light weights and hit soft toss and fielded slow rollers. I hit bombs of soft toss I didn't get to college ball. I worked out 2 hours a day. I practiced it doesn't get u anywhere u got to be willing to give up everything to make it! U can't take days off and work every damn say because if don't be damn sure someone is willing to go 3 hours of working out and heavy weights not that light shit
You could have walked on... there are tons of division one baseball programs that need bodies... I gave me all to football got to college wish I chose baseball because I was better at it... but for fotballl 8th grade i lifted and ran even on xmas break and spring break and summers while people had aau baseball, i was in our summer program... left high school stronger and bigger than most grown men.
Being a football player I had to run lots to make it, thats one thing baseball players dont do, they dont run sprints enough... at the division 1 football program i was in our baseball players could not keep up with our program or conditions test is 6 gassers for my positions all 32 seconds.... in the nfl u have to run 9... the steelers run 9 gassers in like 28 seconds
Babatunde24 I agree with that, though outfielders (especially) and middle infielders are the only ones that need to actually emphasize sprints like football players.
Calm down Mike Ferny... Also just because you didn't make it doesn't mean other people can't.
Sorry to hear you didn't make it to college ball, but it sounds to me like you just didn't look for a team. There is a spot for anyone who wants to play in college. It might not be D1 but there is always a spot!
Always nice to see someone working hard for something he wants .Dream will be come true!!
I absolutely love this video. And I absolutely love baseball.
I am proud of Chayancze's sister for being his "biggest fan."
Let me tell you my story (not wanting to steal the spotlight). I am a 70-year old retired teacher who loves baseball. I worked in Asia, trying to introduce students to the sport. Some support from my school. But also some criticism. I tried to inspire my students through my own efforts. Run everyday, baseball-oriented weight training, drills, etc. Just love working out. Think readers will get the idea. Always hoping something would click. Some people think I am immature or crazy, but I don't care.
All you young players out there, go for it!
Nice Video. I Love Baseball Too. So Much.
Most of the workouts he was doing were done with wrong form. Kinda made the video funny. IFBB 16U male category. ;)
much respect bro dont let no one get in your way of your dreams. hard work and great grades is a WINNER. PERIOD
I am an 8th grader playing up for my freshman baseball team. Something i’ve dreamed of, i love baseball and i can’t wait for the future it entails for me.
Everyone shut up about his size. I'm 5'7" and the amount of "You're never gonna make it cuz of your size" 's I get is ridiculous. I'm a freshman and I grind EVERY day. If YOU want it THAT bad, you wouldn't be complaining on here about his size, and believe me, to small guys like us, hate is just adding fuel to our fire. We want to make it to prove to ourselves that we can. Not to prove YOU anything.
Wtf 5'7" isn't even short for a freshman...
Yup just keep working man there's people out there that didn't blame not being able to do something because of size and just worked hard there's jose altuve Tim lincecum and much more players
Only thing i ever say to people who talk size....Dustin Pedroia. Im a yankees fan.
Briguy4 size has nothing to do with skill
I'm a freshman in college and I'm 5'8"...told everyday I wasn't big enough to play college baseball. Look at me now a freshman pitcher with a defined role on a pitching staff in college and living in a dream. Those that say you CAN'T do it are the ones that COULDN'T do it. so LIVE OUT YOUR DREAMS. It all starts with yourself. Good luck man.
When I was on Elementary Im so freaking Good at Playing Baseball, But when I move at the High School I was shocked, All players is so Good. So
As good as ur grammar?
@@lime7395 Better than your profile pic
@@lebraumsang-hyeok6207 lol
@@lebraumsang-hyeok6207bruh that makes no sense at all 😂😂
I was already inspired to get better, so inspired I practice every chance I get every day every week, but this video has inspired me to work harder.
I remember watching this vid years ago. Even though I have no interest in Baseball its still a good motivating video.
I don't want it that bad I like my sleep
I'm sayin lmao
Thon Maker ur a beast in 2k
Sleeping is not gonna get you nowhere in life.
Your probably just another one of those people that plays fortnite all day
Just a life lesson, you might want to start working harder in life because I am telling you,it will reward you in the future
Grind time
Brayden Stimmell r/woooooosh
Idk but in my opinion who ever makes a video on how hard they work is full of them selves I think if you work knowing how hard you work yourself is enough you have to find it in your self to work hard not from some video
It doubles as a recruting tape
asknoah101 yeah but tbh he looks a Lil weak and showing how hard he works in a video would look like he is just making it up to me.
littleboy746 your right he sucks he is a meth addict in prison now
So inspirational just started summer ball 2nd pitch I hit a hr. So inspirational. I want it that bad. I gave me inspiration to train and work hard
I forgot how much I loved it when those inspirational speakers say that you don't want it enough. Like they know how much we want it. It's true that some people aren't the hardest of workers. However there are some who want it really bad more than anything else but find it to be an inconvenience to want it more than sleep. I am almost certain that most if not all successful professional athletes cherish sleep more than success because it will be very difficult to accomplish anything without it. So to those speakers who say that we don't want it enough, understand that we do but we value our lives and our safety as well.
Nice stroke! Best wishes brother! Fuck haters!
Unfortunately his hard work never paid off, he got hooked on meth and is currently serving time for robbery...so sad:(
How do you know this?
+Knight Productions are you sure
Tony A no he is no
why he dab every time he swing bruh
Tony A ... you're a liar. You can find this young man all over social media.
I watch it for so many years, and every day of my life tried so hard in. But I don’t give up and I never will
I Just got cut from my 2nd day tryout at my highschool. I'm a freshman and this inspired me to practice and work hard before time instead of procrastinating. I understand now how bad it feels to be cut from a team you really wanted to be on. I had my hopes up very high, and now I regret not doing the things I should have done both at tryouts and when I have time to practice. I told my coaches as they cut me that I would be back again next year to tryout for the Junior Varsity team, and that they would see me like never before. Then I shook their hands and said "goodbye, I will see you first thing next year". My biggest weaknesses are procrastination and to overthink things. I know that everyone has their weaknesses, but you cannot let those stop you. Don't procrastinate and give it your all. This goes out to all athletes, no matter what sport. Good luck to all of you trying out for a sport l, and God bless you!
worst tricep pull downs uve ever seen
He dabs after every swing
Do u even proper swing bruh?
No he doesn't fool, he's working on keeping his front side closed and his head on the ball.
videos like this makes you want to not quit and forget about the things you failed on,im a junior in high school, and i need to step it up
Mad props I'm a freshman at a high school in downtown Chicago trying to do the same, good luck
If this kids a senior in 2013 he still isn't big at all. You could expect this out of a freshman , but not a senior. It's a little too late to start taking it seriously as a junior or senior.
not necessarily
a freshman? are you joking? the most iv seen any freshman do for their sport is workout offseason. no freshman dedicate this much time. once you hit varsity though its a different story
You must not know many dedicated freshman. it's okay, i wouldn't expect you to understand.
TheDuluthsnow Just because people dont make videos of themselves doing drills and stuff doesn't mean they dont do it. lol, where u at bro?
Minnesota.I guess theres a reason we produce very few ball players. our hockey kids are insane though
That dab after he swings lol
this is my favorite video on RUclips and i listen to it before every one of my games
I do to. Sometimes I do it before practice.
+Baseball Fanatic C.T.G yeah I just watch this for pure motivation
+Ur Gey Same.
Nice work young fella. There's a lot to be gained from trying to be the best you can be. People are saying he's small? That GPA is hella big. Do your thing young man!
What's up with his hat
LOL He dabs every time he swings
Jonas Cooley he is not dabbing he is doing what he is doing bc it gives more power I think
shutup
same situation. 5'8" 160lbs middle infielder. not a big kid but i worked hard all through high school and before it. i batted back to back .450+ seasons and started in the infield 3 of the 4 years of my varsity career. we won districts twice and were in the top 16 in the state those years. now i just committed to play college baseball. dont let people tell you that its not possible even for us small kids. work hard and you can live the dream
I need to watch this before my baseball games. It gets me hype
Fake, as soon as that alarm went off he instantly turned the light on, no one can wake up that fast
And he didn't change lol XD
Coltxn _ and this dude filming has been watching him sleep
infamousian123 lol
-_-
no shit it's fake. He's not actually gonna fuckin watch him sleep just for. 5 second segment of a video. Doesn't mean he actually doesn't wake up at 4 am. Fuckin ignorant cunts
kids got no swag
This was really inspirational! I know its been years but I hope he found a program that was the perfect fit for him!
Keep it up. Just remember that success isn't only found on the field, and going to college isn't just about being noticed for the draft. Make the most of your college experience and work hard academically for your degree because you never know what curveballs life may throw you.
Eating and sleeping is very important. Eating gives u energy. And sleep heals your body so don't listen to this guy.
Billinares average less than 6 hours of sleep at night. Because they work there butts off.
+Addison Drews you have to be healthy first tho
+littleboy746 if you want to succuess you would work so hard you don't think of sleeping. You have to work so hard that you don't think about eating. If you want to be professional you have to work harder than everyone else you're competing with.
Dyylan mlb teams have sleep rooms to make sure their players sleep enough. Food and sleep are the most important part of being an athlete
How much your a fat ass so stop fucking talking shit and eat somemore im sorry but you don't even know what the fuck your talking about !!!!!
I strike you out 3 pitches son. You a scrub
The last part of the video where the night game is being shown is sick!
Thank u this video made me push my self to the limit and made me a better person
I'm 12 and I can make any plays that he was
Silver Slugger NO ONE GIVES A FLYING FUCK. HE IS STILL BETTER THAN YOU
Do you want a cookie?
Silver Slugger he has better mechanics than u do....ur 12 ur still in little league
Silver Slugger stfu
Leave my man alone he's probably a future goat hahah
I hope I see you in Mlb. Good luck
Hard work isn't everything you need talent also. I worked just as hard as this kid and didn't even make my freshman team. Luckily for this kid he has talent so hopefully he goes places.
Talent comes with hard work
Its inspiring I think. And I he said some very good points that I need to realize to keep playing baseball and play baseball and college
I come across this video around this time every year. I always look at the kid and I know that he has worked harder than me. The kid is 5'6 probably 150lbs. Im 6ft 165lbs. Physically im better than he is. But I give props to him. He doesnt care about what anyone thinks of him. Keep grindin bro!
probably the most amazing video ever made. respect.
keep on grinding bro.... You can make it.......
i love this video I watch it over and over
This inspires me to be the best Baseball player to ever live. The GRINDING starts now.
1:34 that was a sick sliding backhand!!!! i play second base and i'm a freshman and i didn't make the high school team but ever since the cut i have been working everyday to be ready for next year!!
Did you end up making it
A great motivation video! I will start doing the same thing right now and every day! Thanks allot for this video
Hey dude, not many high school athletes are taking time, energy and effort to make videos to get themselves looked at. Even if baseball doesn't work out in the long run, you are going to go far in whatever you do. Keep it up!
Best of luck man. Hope you get a chance at the next level.
Holy cow, I'm going to Plainfield east in 2 years. My brother goes there now. I really hope you make college 👍🏻👌🏻
My names Jack I know your brother lol
hopefully my seasons better this year...I'm a lefty and I played Left Field and Center field last year...I was the best outfielder on my team, but coach put me at first base this year...not feeling too good about it....but I'll do whatever it takes for me and my team to win
I've read some of the comments and you're well on your way. It's true though allow your body to rest it's equally as important as the workout. It's vital. And no soda ever! Get a fruit juicer and you'll have everything you need to get you there. You already have the drive! THE WORLD IS YOURS!!
Nice Video.. Good luck kid. I am going to share this with my son today!
I love this video. So insperational. :D Keep it up bro!:DDD
Iowa Wesleyan College: Stirbis is in his second year with the Tigers. Last season, Stirbis started 32 games for the Tigers. He hit for an average of .318 and had a slugging percentage of .373. He knocked in 16 RBIs for the purple and white, and had 22 runs.
What are you his agent
Congrats big man. hope you get to a nice college and get to live out your dream. goodluck
I'm a girl. I play baseball, and all the guys think I should've never joined. Well guess what? I never quit, I never gave up. So thank you for creating this video! It helps me believe I can be a better baseball player. I'm third baseman. or I'm right fielder.
Well play softball
it ain't high school baseball tho
You ain't no woman 😂 you're a man or a sheman
I don't have to be big to play baseball it's a game of who wants it more
Keep working hard, good things will come. Like a better camera crew lol love the guy talking in the background
I am 5'2 in my junior year and haven't played baseball that much I be a senior this year and when I didn't make the team I kinda found out because I didn't keep my grades up until I realize my mom told me this baby you just gotta move on ok not everyone makes the team I crying in tears of this video of I want it bad of you didn't make it keep practicing and do some private lessons play travel ball or something during off-season. Remember you have no excuses to work harder than anyone else
I'm just starting highschool right now and I'm also number 11 and second baseman. I know this is old but nice vid.
Jose Altuve is 5'5 and he is an allstar in the mlb. Hrd work pays off.
Exactly!
Dang , inspirational
Good job bud! Keep it up! Hope you make it in college!
Inspired. Planted a seed man. Thank you.
