@@beastmodecamping around 150-180$ depending where you order. I think Lancer, Lanshan, six moon and this one are all based on the same shape and style...Which work super well by the way.... I've used the 1 and 2 p... Regular and pro single walls versions. They work
You untied the factory knot at 5:52, this is where the tent steak goes. Also you ignored using the plastic rams horns door secure hooks on the same line.
hrmm, unsure, but i defintely didnt untie any knots at 5:52, but you are right about the rams horn, those are so you can slip it in the other knots in the stakes, but no need with such a large loop. i only use those if i need additional cordage.
@beastmodecamping I see the overhand loop at 5:52, then it vanishes in the rest of your video. This is the loop that needs to be steaked into the ground. The remaining cordage runs back to the two doors and forms a triangle that is held in tension with the plastic rams horn. Nice video keep up the good work and regards from Ireland.
No, you haven't tested out the lightest gear possible. A few examples are my 4.05 ounce DIY Dyneema floorless tent, 8.5 feet long, 4.0 feet wide and 3.5 feet high with entry/exit weather proof zipper and zippered mosquito/weather proof vent as well as my 3.7 ounce DIY heat reflective, breathable, wind and water repellent/proofed Anorak, 2.8 ounce over-pants and 1.03 ounce leg gaiters. Such clothing provides warmth and protection from the weather as well as providing excellent freedom of motion. You increase your warmth in cold weather by moving faster. Or how about my 3.00 ounce wood saw with 7 inch sharpened teeth blade with my DIY replaced handle. It's all about how you approach a problem and what practucal solutions one can come up with. Just because a product is available in a store or on-line doesn't mean that it's the most suitable solution for a given purpose.
@beastmodecamping The Tiger Wall 3 Carbon is not 2k. It's expensive but it is under $1000. They just give that higher price to make it look like you're getting a deal when you buy it for half that price. Nobody is actually selling it for 2k.
Bro, thats a lanshan 1. Goat of tents.
Night Cat is putting out some pretty nice stuff for the price. Appreciate the video.
Looks 99.9% ike the Lanshan tents...I own 4 hahaha. They work!

@@leonardmcdermott7703 ahhh, yah there definitely wasn’t a triangle, just a loop from up top to the ground. Good to know!
I love this tent.
Great Video. Thanks for the suggestion. I ended up swooping one up.
Thats awesome, send me some pics of it in use and i'll be sure to share with the community! Cant wait.
Excellent video Tony!❤
Thank you! 😃
for 40 quid more you could get an xmid 2. lighter, bigger, easier to setup, double door, double porch, more storm worthiness.
@@hamadkennedy6295 let me take a look at that one.
Ohhh. Looks nice but another 100 bucks more expensive.
@@beastmodecamping ah yes you're right sorry. i was looking at converted prices

hey thanks Stephen!
I wonder if that comes in camo or od green
i think Green and Brown are the only options currently - at least thats what their website shows.
Light and expensive but is it any good or durable. Looks flimsy
