What exactly is that Time Sort algorithm you are using in your videos? I can't find anything about it anywhere, and I know that it has nothing to do with TimSort
I think it has other names, but the goal is to create a thread for each number and have all of them sleep for an amount of time proportional to the number they were assigned. So, the thread with one would sleep for, say, one second, and the thread with two would sleep for two. The order in which they complete their sleeping should be the sorted order, since smaller numbers would sleep for the shortest time.
That would actually be really cool. I'm pretty sure people have done 2d sorting visualizers by assigning each value a color and writing out each line after each "pass" of the sort, but having a height makes it a lot clearer who goes where.
