That gearshift lever and knob went on millions of chryslers from about 1974 to about 1989. Also the steering wheel looks like it might carryover from the previous generation of chryslers.

The standard wheel was a 3 spoke wheel. This flat type of wheel was used with the tilt option.
My '74 Fury had the same lever and knob.
