- I started backtracking for missed stuff and finally ran into this boss. Quite the fun fight as both heads become active for attacks. The hardest part is remembering to jump the water when things impact it.

Imagine telling the literal Harbinger of Nightmares that its dismissed when you kill it. That's just adding... Not even salt, that's adding salt AND pepper to the wound, with a pinch of olive oil and tonies. Make some floppy french fries with that.
Thank you for your videos! There's neat things whether I play the games or not
Now try the switch version.... Much.. much harder because of the lag / unstable framerate....
Blasphemous 2 is underwhelming. Glad I have this gem to warm my heart.
This game looks so fun. Gg
game - copy of blasphemous 2
@@olegvazon5915 tysm
@@olegvazon5915 Yeah, That's right, Blasphemous invented pixel art! 😩
don't fuck man.
@@olegvazon5915 blasphemous - copy of castlevania
Have you played the game? in my humble opinion, it is better than blasphemous.@@olegvazon5915
There are a couple of bugs that make this fight super boring, tiresome and unfair, apart from Eryk being super unresponsive and the doble jumping super slow.
One of the heads disappears when you are close to defeating them and you can't predict its attacks. On top of that, I make Eryk take the healing potion and he just stands there like an idiot.
Is there an easy, glitchy way to defeat this monsterf...? I don't care about fairness since the fight isn't fair at all
I didn't experience this but others have mentioned problems with the fight lagging. I don't really have an easy way besides how I fought it. Apologies.
@@CrankyTemplar Oh, don't worry! I levelled Eryk up a bit and I finally chopped off all of its heads. I met Medeya now. Like Vergil says, I need... more... power! 😅
Are you playing on switch? because besides the disappearing heads, I had no issues with Eryk, he was always perfectly responsive
@@N_Tertainment7 No, I was playing on pc. I never enjoied the combat as much as I could have
I'm about to get this game soon! Any tips?
There are a ton of breakable walls so get in the habit of smacking walls to see if there's a secret room or item.
What level are you/your weapons at, because what I have now hardly does a scratch.
I had a +10 Ethereal Great Blade and 60-70 strength. I was level 90ish from backtracking (and ended up with even more levels trying to find all the unborn). The good thing is the greatsword only scales off strength and the soft cap seems to be 60.
@@CrankyTemplar Okay, so I should grind up at the high wall, since that’s one of the two remaining areas I haven’t covered yet.
I have finished the burnt apostle and the ice skeleton dragon. How do i continue?
You need the technological gloves from Mariano in the manor if you haven't already purchased them. Once you have them go back to the Frozen Caves part (where you started on the route to the ice dragon), go back up, go left and fight the Voracious Terror. Then you can continue upwards to the next area.
They should’ve just made it a two headed monster wtf. A Bi-dra also fits today’s narrative ya know
Can you tell me how to get to that fight? I currently defeated Manfrdd and I'm exploring the map a lot but I can't find this fight.
It's in the Mansion of Esk, keep going left from the save point and you should see a ghost and a white door. You need the technological lens to enter the white doors.
@@CrankyTemplarhow to get that len bro?
If I remember correctly the lens is in the lower section of the Inquisition where you need the glove to climb up the webbing.
All you, need is the lens for the fight?
@@LizardMane No, you also need to find Anika in Mythringal, have her go to the manor and talk to her, talk to the masked person in Erlim, talk to Anika, then go back to the masked person and buy their mask. Talk to the ghost in Esk mansion and then you should be able to fight the hydra.
I can not talk with the ghost , there is no button appearance to press and talk with her. Is there any missing tips?
Yes, I forgot the pre-requisites for interacting with them. You need to find Anika in Mythringal, bring her to the manor and talk to her, then go to the masked person in Erlim. Go back to Anika to complete her quest and then buy the mask that the masked person offers. You should now be able to interact with the ghost in the Esk mansion and be able to fight the boss (and you can get the other eye by going through the white door by the starlight dragon boss).
@@CrankyTemplar The NPC has gone, I have finished the game, is there any way to get thay boss?
@@TheViewSmith I’m in the same boat. Just went to go see if she’s in her spot after finishing the game and she isn’t there.
I'm not sure if you can do it after defeating Ladakk as the NPCs leaves and folks are saying it's a point of no return.
my laptop can't handle this fight, it's running at 11fps.
even though I have never had fps issues at always was 60fps
Most likely this is because of the water + Unity engine is very crooked.
In this boss fight, my video card starts to heat up 60 degrees, although in the rest of the game it stays around 30-35
As easy as this boss seems, it's a shame it can't devour your character with it's lunge for a ohko
A rather underwhelming boss fight isn't it? The concept is cool but the fight it's self is less skill based and more about mindlessly repeating the patterns.
Just about any boss fight is learning the patterns and finding openings to attack.
sekiro the goat. I still replay some of it's fights to this day!@@WinterLantern.
