How to remove a piece of glass block from a glass block window

If the window fram / glass blocks are mounted in the wall and you're lucky enough that it was installed with silicon, you can use a hack-saw blade to gently cut thru the bond.

But who did you remove the window

It was held together with silicone between the panes. I cut the silicone with a razor blade and it came out pretty easily after that.
