Hi there, the dimensions of this specific canva design is 3.5 x 2 inches for printable physical business cards rather than a digital business card. But I do believe that if you save the design as a pdf rather than a pdf, you will be able to add clickable links. I hope that helps!

question...if someone doesn't have Canva, it seems that they have to download the Canva app before opening the card. Is there a way around that?
