This was a trip. I havent listened to Park since I was 14, going 30 now lol so for the longest time I thought I had imagined their music. Thank you bringing this back for me haha
BUT there actually is another band with a warning on the record, its actually right on the cover; The Appleseed Cast Low Level Owl volumes 1 &2. Right on the cover at the bottom it tells you how to best listen to the record as well telling you to stop listening if you start experiencing emotional, physical, or psychological pain. I definitely recommend it if you havent already listened to them!

Saw Park at a fitness center early 2000s in highschool. Glad to see people are still talking about Park. Still my favorite emo band til this day.

I really appreciate you making this video because I’ve been listening to this album now on repeat. Had to go back and try and find this video because otherwise I may have never even heard of this band..

Wow.. I used to listen to these albums while playing Tony Hawk Pro Skater 3, 4 and Underground... way way back in the day. I still listen to No Signal every so often... Great video.

Find it crazy how someone made a video about this album. I remember hearing “Codex Avellum” in 2009 and diving into this album.

Loved Park for a long time. For my money Building a Better_____ is their best album. By the way Scene 14 isn't streaming anywhere, but it is on torrent sites, so it's not completely lost to time.

Not many people talk about Park. I was really in to this album and Building a Better ___. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I may have to put both of those on the turntable. 😊

I'm really curious what you would say about the lyrics from Mariettas "Summer Death"
This record made me feel understood and crushed my heart the same time for so many times! Would love if you will take a closer look to "Summer Death" some time! :)
greetings from a fan from germany ✌️

Thanks for introducing me to this great breakup album. The only breakup album that is even remotely close from a lyrical perspective would be “Whatever’s Got You Down” by Samiam

Nothing hits me as hard as Mount Eerie's "A Crow Looked At Me", this is the most sad thing I've ever listened to. I can't bare listening through it, it's too hard, I'll make it 3 or 4 songs in then I have to give up.

yes that album is so beautifully sad and a hard listen

Hey dude. I'm quite interested in your stuff, been following for just over a month. I would love if you had snippets of songs you are referring to. Having history of music with no music is not super interesting to listen to

Thanks for watching! Yes, normally I try to put music in but for whatever reason, with Park, it would always get copyrighted no matter the length.

I think midwest emo is something different... Park is a hardcore band or an "emo" band but not midwest emo. Same goes for bands like Thrice and Thursday. Blink-182 is pop-punk.
