    I love hearing about your progress and your transparency about everything is so inspiring. If I could make one suggestion I'd say weigh yourself monthly, not weekly!! Within a week you might completely stick to your your diet but still have ups and downs because of water weight, where you're at and your digestion process, bloating, etc, and it might show a weight that's not fully accurate. Monthly weigh-ins will give you a really good gauge of how much weight you're losing!! Keep up the great work :)

    A few tips
    Count your calories don’t cheat
    Don’t expect to lose weight every week
    Move every day, no excuse not to go for a walk
    Buy some resistance bands and find some exercises you find easy
    Don’t compare yourself to others
    This is going to be hard work it’s not easy
    Plan to succeed
    Don’t give up
    Don’t go rushing In starving yourself it’s not sustainable
    I did find your video a bit different. Most people say how much they weigh and also show pictures.

      In my first video I said my starting weight 😊 not sure what I would be showing pictures of at this point.
