Within a week you might completely stick to your your diet but still have ups and downs because of water weight, where you're at and your digestion process, bloating, etc, and it might show a weight that's not fully accurate. Monthly weigh-ins will give you a really good gauge of how much weight you're losing!! Keep up the great work :)
