Dads are awesome, and they taught us tons of useful stuff. But Pops dropped the ball when teaching you how to look your best. In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is going over grooming tips that Dad didn't teach you.
1. Shaving magic mirror + shoe lace + paper towel = grooming station at the window
2. Cover gray in a beard with eyebrow pencil (Maybelline Unstoppable Eyeliner)
3. Your eyebrows should start & stop at side of your nose to outside corner of eye (see Alpha's demonstration)
4. Use a pumice stone, Vaseline, and socks to remove crusty & callous skin
5. Take care of your skin asap with Tiege Hanley including exfoliating
6. Sea salt spray will give you amazing hair days everyday (medium to long hair) - try Pete and Pedro's for increased volume, thickness, and texture
7. Vaseline creates kissably, soft, and supple lips

I got to tell you I have stepped up my workout routine by watching your videos. I am 61 y/o and have been doing aerobics with a recumbent lifecycle and weight training since 1991 without fail, 1-2 times weekly two sessions each on my workout days. In my home. I also have a body solid home gym which I love. I bought a couple of new attachments to enhance my efforts. That was a big plus. You videos are great for a common guy who want to step his routine a bit. Your style, grooming, and diet tips are also welcome. YOU KEEP MAKING THEM, I WILL KEEP WATCHING THEM.

That was some super cool stuff there. Thank you for suggesting Sea Salt spray. I would like to suggest a little something that will give you even better results. Instead of using vaseline I would definitely, 100% recommend Ponds cold cream for moisturizing lips and Nivea products for moisturizing most of your body parts. I am sure it will help men groom themselves better. Keep up the good work.

I have some grey hairs coming in and I use Brow Drama by Maybeline. It's like a mascara brush and stays much better than an eyebrow pencil would. Also, for lips Alba Bontanica lip products work great if you want, sunscreen, natural oils and are opposed to petroleum products. The mirror in better lighting idea is brilliant.
