@@DemonAsylum one of my friends told me it looks polished and bathesda prioritized bugs and what not.
I still knew there would be major duplication and credit glitches lol.
Funny enough I kind of expected the fallout 4 mod glitch would work in starfield. It sort of worked, it doesn’t give you the product nor does it use resources but it does ask if you want to craft the mod lol.

I took a break from starfield there for RE4 Separate Ways, but due back. This is the first thing I'm doing lol there's gotta be planets we can set up mining outposts for and mine titanium and polymer. I'm gonna get a big op going 😂

No problem and yeah if there is anything people should have learned now it's that despite this being a single player game and there no doubt being way more objectively more important things to be addressed, it won't stop Bethesda from fixing these glitches and quicker than we thought or for those of us that thought they'd fix them at all anyway lol.

Best glitch I've seen since the update. I had just downloaded the game when they patched the merchant chest glitch😭 so this is the next best thing lol
I am having something weird happen. I am getting mostly Rivets and most of the cases have two guns stacked on top of each other. Any idea what is causing these oddities? Lol thanks for the video!
Well the 2 guns stacked on top of each other sounds great haha, but the lack of variety wouldn't be ideal. Honestly couldn't say for sure what is happening. Best thing I could recommend is trying it on a different planet simply to have a fresh start and also more importantly a comparison for the original.

If people make less RUclips videos on this it stays around longer. All we need is one person showing the internet. You get 1000 people to show the internet one guy figured out then it gets taken away
I get where you’re coming from, but that’s just not realistic. It’s also not guaranteed to make a difference. What matters is all of the people looking up these kinds of videos. Even if only 1 person is posting them, all those viewers then just flock to them, blow those videos up even more than many other videos also not even related to glitches, and so Bethesda catches wind all the same and fixes them. It can be argued that many people posting them expedites that process, but there isn’t any way to prove it and the result is the same regardless as I explained.

Im in normal mode, does my setting needs to be on hard mode for this?
It doesn't HAVE to be, but before going to the planet that you do this on, you should switch it to very hard. Once you're done, you can switch it right back. It wont hurt anything.
when i take away the outpost it doesn't put the items in my inv whys that it was working but randomly quit i restarted and everything ??
Are you sure the items aren't just going to your cargo on your ship? Check a container after loading the quicksave you made to first make sure there is even loot in them. If so and you destroy the outpost, but aren't getting them sent to your inventory than they're getting sent to your cargo due to having space there. It prioritizes that.
Been doing this all day. Sell all the guns to pay for resources ammo ect. stocking up on basically an infinite amount of supplies for when this is patched

I did this last night and opened several hundred cases and only got one, yes one, legendary. I’m lvl 95, was on a lvl 75 planet and set to very hard. Only got a handful of teals and purples. Not sure how you content creators are getting legendaries hand over fist.
Damn, yeah that's mega unlucky. It's not like I'm getting multiple per 25-30 cases I do upon each reset, but I definitely do get a couple every few runs at least. Sometimes more, sometimes a bit more dry. Just varies.
Do it now before they patch it. there are some worst bugs but any easy farm they patch so get on it if you want stuff

If they're not in your inventory, it's just putting them into your ship cargo. You can still use them.

I love this Glitch, but since bg+2 i have an ugly problem…i get hundreds og that lightbow heavy weapon, in the large Box…dozends of Legis, but only that…well sometimes there is also a Legi Rigle in those Boxes….but legi, only the Lightbow….strange bug
Huh, that is odd. Did you do this before ng and get different results? In the video was me on first play through for instance, but idk why that would play a factor. I definitely get more variety than what you mentioned too.

That seems so odd and random, but this is a Bethesda game after all 😂 How about this, did you try it on any other planet in your ng+2 to make sure it was across the board and not just that planet you tried it on initially?

That would be my "Hard Target" sniper rifle. It's an epic so has a couple of effects on it and I got it from an enemy drop a while back. After I got it I also changed a lot of the mods on it to make it better in most ways including damage. Probably my only complaint with it is the mag size, but I believe there is a larger mag I could throw on there if I wanted. You could also just get lucky by getting the mag increasing effect on it too. That would be quite something.

Nope, it’s still all good. Must be something on your end. I’d try fully restarting on whatever planet you were doing it on and if it doesn’t work still than try on a new one for a clean slate so to speak.
I did hundreds of cases last night and only ONE legendary. Lvl 75 planet, very hard difficulty, character lvl 95.

Hmm, hard to say as I haven't encountered it and it doesn't seem like there is much you could do in order to have it not work. Just to be clear, this is what you're doing? Put outpost down > put weapon cases down > quicksave > load quicksave, and then the cases have nothing in them?

I would recommend attempting it again on another planet and make sure you stick to only exactly what I explained. Hopefully there you find a different result. If you do this than report back if you don’t mind. If it works I’ll be glad to hear it and if not I’ll be happy to continue attempting to help.

I highly advise yall build a ship with 20k cargo and somehow make it work 😂
Do this until your cargo is full then grind out selling this will probably be patched soon as well also do this in a level 70 system with the difficulty on very hard
More cargo will definitely be your friend for this, absolutely. Taking advantage while you still can as well lol.

After the many glitches they patched in Fallout 4, I had no doubt in my mind they'd follow suit with Starfield.

Are you sure it's connected to this glitch? That is super strange though. So what do you do after to fix it? Or do you just reload a previous save and have called it quits on this?
Absolutely sure, I was able to even replicate it on stream. I fixed it by going to the Key and killing a couple of crimson fleet spaceships to obtain xp BEFORE landing or fast travelling onto a planet.@@DemonAsylum
Interesting. Haven't heard of this happening to others nor have I experienced it. On the bright side, at least you were able to fix it afterwards.

@@DemonAsylum Also does not work for me, when i quick save and load file, nothing appears in the chests. I looked across other sources and they explain the loading of the file is what loads the wapons in the crates. but not happening. followed all your steps. was it patched already?

@@derekreavis780 Isn’t patched and this is recorded on PC so no it isn’t just on Xbox. I tested both and many others have confirmed both working. If you’re 100% certain you’re doing everything correct and it isn’t working, the best recommendation I could give is trying it on a different planet. That has worked for multiple others though it would be nice to know why it didn’t work for them on the initial planet they tried it on. Always tough since I can’t see exactly what people are doing and know for sure it isn’t something on their end that went wrong versus a genuine issue with the glitch. In any case, give it a try on another planet, make sure to do exactly and only what the video shows, and let me know what happens.
@@DemonAsylum i got it to work, it either was the very hard setting or the choice of planet. can confirm it does not work if one of those settings not applied. i just did the identical process on archimedes on very hard worked smoothly.
