Whoa, you struck gold with that place! They're actually a training centre for Karens and they produce some fine specimens to send out into the wild to intercept auditors.
Their taking photos is not a breach of GDPR but images cannot be published and must be made available. If they put them on social media that is a breach and subject to heavy fines.
So the ' Auditor ' posts their images on YT , surely he is subject to the same rules . He is every bit as much a data handler as they are !!!
@@norbertfricke7116 That is not true. A company is a data handler and all employees are subject to the regulations. Images taken in a work capacity fall under GDPR. A member of the public taking video or photographs is a citizen journalist and is exempt. Think about this logically, when you go to a football match or to the beach with your family, you may take photographs. Do you ask the permission of everyone in the shot and do you sometimes post those images on social media? Even if it is just for your family. Of course, privacy laws will apply, so you can't take an image of someone naked through a window in private premises if you have gone up to the window, as they would have an expectation of privacy. Take the same photo from a public street and that is not an invasion of privacy as the expectation has gone. The person should not expect privacy having put themselves in that situation.
