A lot of people are asking for actual 'gameplay', but I'm very happy with it just being a beautiful builder. But new THEMES is a fantastic idea that I hadn't thought of... good suggestion!
That would be really cool, but it’s a lot of work to design all that AND make it work with the procedural generation system. Perhaps in a paid dlc or in Tiny Glade 2.
You can actually make gentle hills, at least in the demo! I want to say if you hold your mouse over a hill and use the scroll wheel, that lets you change how steep the incline is, from a cliff to a hill
Agreed! Imagine how much MORE immersive this game would be being able to go inside these buildings and decorate! And being able to free place more items/furniture. I really hope the developers keep adding to this game
i would love to see more styles to build with, obviously this one is medieval but maybe a steampunk or like western cowboy or pirate would be incredible!
Does seem like a very cute and cozy toy, feels like the equivalent of a model train builder or just a diorama builder, im sure someone like silveret could go insane on making a super detailed castle or something too
I absolutely loved playing the demo after your first video, and I’ve been eagerly awaiting the full release! So looking forward to playing this on a cosy autumn night with a cup of hot chocolate *chefs kiss*
Loving your little village there! So pleased to hear the full game is coming out, I really enjoyed the demo after watching you play that. Looks like LOADS more features to discover, can't wait!
I have this on my Steam wishlist. ❤ I love building in games & this looks cozy, too, which is another plus for me! I just started Planet Zoo & oh my goodness, it's a bit overwhelming trying to do a nice build AND keeping my animals happy & healthy. Oof! 😅
Been waiting for this game FOR YEARS! Finally, it's time! Lovely to see your timelapse and how the village comes to life bit by bit! I can't wait to let my kids (7 and 5) have a go at this. I think this is the perfect introduction to mouse and keyboard. No enemies, nothing stressing you out, all about building and making something look good!
I'm going to sit my son down with it (7 also) he really wants to play Minecraft and bumbles about it but struggles a little with the controls. Great idea to use this to help him improve his mouse skills!
@@Geekism I'm a vocational teacher in 3D design and game development, and I can see the results of a lot of schools using only touch screen devices -- as much as I teach them the course they applied for, I need to tell them "this is a file, this is a folder, you can press and hold multiple buttons while clicking and draggin with the mouse at the same time to navigate in 3D space". And these are young adults about 19 to 30 years old! Don't underestimate simple, regular mouse and keyboard skills and everyday use of computers! :D
Yeah I've been planning to use this for DnD too! I would be quite cool if they added the ability to export a floor plan or something. Some way to get an accurate scale of the interior. Regardless, i am excited to use it!
That would be neat... there is a camera mode that does a great top down view, so you'll totally be able to use them for exterior maps with a bit of tweaking I think!
I think as soon as you have game systems wrapped around them, it becomes a little more difficult. But I strongly suggestion 'Foundation', it's a city builder, but all of the 'main' buildings are built in a similar manner to this
Beautifull game. But i also wonder how long people will play this game. There is not a lot to do i feel. But i think the studio can add a lot of things with updates and next game. I'm happy this studio does something a bit different compared to other building games.
I dunno, one seen some pretty crazy and intricate builds and the game pant even released to the public yet. All the builds on RUclips are just what people have been able to do in the demo and there's hundreds of them. So I feel like the stuff you can builds is really only limited by your imagination
I think it's just right as a cozy little toy. Sometimes, I don't want to fight the economics or mechanics of other builders. I just want to play lego and build something fun. If I come back to this every few weeks for a lazy autumn night, then it's done enough for me :)
On the topic of items you could place yourself, the top of my list would be a customizable variety of "ye olde shoppe" signs that could be hung outside buildings to advertise their purpose. I'm pretty certain some coder out there could make this happen, perhaps as an add-on module.
Oh boy, I hope they gonna add more themes overtime (middle-eastern, japanese, colonial, Italian, maybe gothic)

@@CampingforCool41 I think if there is mod support, community could achieve something similar.
I think its quite possible that the game will keep getting updates :)@@CampingforCool41

Yeah I was going to say :)
Oh great tip! Thanks!
@@Geekism Might also work to press the hill and hold and drag horizontally I'm pretty sure :)
Loved this ❤ happy to hear Foundation at the end. It’s been my hyper focus since you released your last series on it
This game is so gorgeous. I love that a quote from you is placed rather prominently on the Steam page 😁
That's my claim to fame!
2:58 the umbrella as the sheep moves themselves! The games' delightful in every choice.
Everything is so purposeful. I love it!
Interior design options and the game is GOTY

I'm sure Silv has already done a video on this previously and as you expect, it was amazing :D
Hehe I appreciate it, love this game!

Oh boy, that sounds like bliss :)
this game wasn't even on my radar, but it sure is now. It looks so cozy. I just want to play it on a cold rainy day
Imagine if you could create all of your homes in one village and on idle mode, people start spawning and interacting.
If this system was used in a city builder game it'd be mad.
I will definitely be using this game to build out my D&D villages
Oh my, this looks so calming, almost meditative! Love it❤
Very much so, just a big warm hug of a game :) Enjoy Foundation :D

Very exciting! Hope you enjoy it :)
My goodness, the graphics in this game. Just incredible.
I would pay upwards of 31 dollars for a little village builder game using this environment.
A very specific figure, but I agree :D
The devs confirmed its going to be in the 10-20 USD price range so you're in luck :3
This game (Toy) looks increadibly relaxing and I honestly can't get enough. Part 2 please :D
Coming soon!
I'd love to see more of this game!
More soon!
I need that fence tool in Planco 2!
It's very satisfying!
Glades give me terror sweats from Against the Storm, but this looks very cute and relaxing. I might have to look more into it.
Could you imagine this level of control when building in the Sims?
EA couldn't care less.
They only want your money, thats why the released a demo, and want you to pay individually for the rest of the game ($3000)
Wow this game looks amazing
It's beautiful

You make it look so easy in every game you play, i watch and think, I need to build like that... 12 hours later I'm still on the same building haha
Remember, you're watching a sped up video of the final version... There's a lot of misses before I show you the hit :D
I cant wait to play with this when i get home!
Yay! So glad this is back!
Woo!
Love this game! Hope to see more on the channel!

Beautiful stuff Jonti
Thanks Plip!

8:06 holy smoke that looks cinematic
Such a pretty game
Day one pick up for me. Love the super chill gameplay.
It's lovely!
I wish these types of build tools were available in things like planet coaster or planet zoo. Much easier to manipulate and have fun with

TINY GLADE SUPREMACY!
Loved what you built, just wish it was a bit slower to watch. I think timelapse does a disservice to this game's content 😄
Maybe, but I really wanted this to be an easily digestible bit of content. Perhaps 'll slow the timelapse down a little for the next one
I do love this little game. So chill
Any chance that this will be ported to Mac? Or possibly other platforms?
Imagine if these developers made a theme park game 😮
For me, the joy of this game is that it's a perfect little builder. I don't think it needs to be any more than it is
Do you think they any thing that could be use in planet coaster2?
like the videos, but sometimes have to change the speed to 0.9 )
Is Tiny Glade going to be an app for tablets?
I love this!
Me too!
will it be free?
Why would it be free?
@@Geekism I'm going to pay for it anyways, I was just curious.

Slightly disappointed with the size of the playable area, that’s the only thing putting me off this
bonjour la map est assez grande elle va plus loin que le carré ?? pour moi la map n'est pas assez grande j'ai bien peur.
