  • When we examine the commandments of God, sometimes confusing is centered around Leviticus chapter 19 verse 19. We examine whether Yahweh intends for His people to not simply mix wool and linen, or not mix any threads.

Wool and linen are excellent fibers but have very different properties. They handle water and heat very differently. What is great for one may destroy the other. Wear both but don't blend in the threads. It's not a commandment, but advice and analogy.

Brittany Bowsher knows what she’s talking about… wool carries 5000 hz and Linen carries 5000 hz… if you mix them the frequency cancels to 0.
Polyester Aka Poly-Ishtar carries 14hz, the same as a corpse. Don’t mix fibers if any kind of you’re interest in health.
Ps. The Fathers title is Yahuah not Yawey, “Way” is not a sound in Ibarya or the weaponized “Hebrew”.
And the servants of Yahusha are not Christian’s, we are Natsarim. Christianity is a wolf in sheeps clothing who murdered Natsarim. The father refers to Christian’s as Nicolatians in the scripture… try not to be insulted by this, just look it up. Yahuah hates Christianity the most as it’s the only deception claiming to serve Him. Stay strong dear Natsarim, there’s only 7 years left and Yahusha said He’d be home early. Almost there

o if we look at the Hebrew word for linen in strongs they even say unlikely then send you to a root word which is again questionable.. yet this root word "pash" means degenerative, stupid, weak in body or mind.. so basically the passage reads .. don't wear a mixed garment of wool and ; weak, degenerative ,stupidity to the extreme, in union. Now why would this even be listed.. well if you look at anything made of wool it is tough and durable..a little scratchy or homey looking.. vanity hasn't changed people sacrificed quality and durability for weak degenerative stupid fashion then just as they do now.. God is telling his people to not sacrifice wholeness for earthly praise . Ever buy a durable Quality article of clothing .. most times it's not flashy or fashionable ..but it lasts and protects.. or buy a high fashion item that looks great but you cant wear it often because it will rip or tear and it won't protect you? Obviously there are exceptions to both of these but playing to humans vanity is a massive industry

Do you all only use the NKJV? If you read an interlinear translation, in Deut. there are specific words for Linen (upistim) and Wool (semer), which are not present in Levit., whereas they both (lLevit. and Deut) mention not mixing (saatnez) fabrics. I'm not sure that changing the translating of "mixing fabrics" by adding wool and linen (as must be done in Levit. to get the same translation) is appropriate/accurate. Thoughts?

Look up frequencies of wool and linen.
This video is focused on dispelling the myth that we aren't to mix any fabrics, which anti law people use to try to make Torah followers out to be stupid or hypocritical.
It's really they who simply don't understand.
It's a stupid argument against the law anyway because, if they were right, it would only mean that we need to stop mixing fabrics, it wouldn't prove that we don't need to keep the law.
In the end, faith is about trusting in God and His judgement and doing what He says, even if we don't understand why.

Scientists have discovered that linen fibers reflect light. The light energy aspect of living organisms has been measured by many individuals within the Scientific community. Nobel prize winning Dr.Otto Heinrich Warburg identified signature frequency numbers of the average healthy human at 70-90. Any number less than 15 was identified with those having a diagnosed incurable condition.
Wearing a material that measures less than 100 units of energy would compromise our health. All fabrics can be measured in megaHertZ
Pure linen fabric measures 5,000 megaHertZ and so does Pure Wool. Standard bleached and colored cotton measures 40 megaHertZ, Organic unbleached cotton measures 100 megaHertZ, silk fabric measures 10 which would fail to support health in the human body. Rayon measures 15, Polyester, acrylic, spandex, lycra, viscose and nylon measure zero and do not reflect light.
The Biblical warning of wearing wool and linen together proved in scientific studies to be accurate: the energy of these two fabrics put together (wool sweater on top of a linen outfit ) collapsed the electrical field.
Where the two textiles measure 5,000 signature frequencies, when put together, these cancelled each other to zero and brought measurable weakness and in some tests even pain to the human body.

I suggest you do your own research if you want specific information.
The frequency of linen runs into the opposite direction of wool, so they cancel each other when used together, hence you won't get the benefits of the high frequency of linen.

@Fig Newton I agree there are many different ways to interpret practically everything in the Torah. However, I think a blanket statement that implies "it's not the way it is written, rather it's the way I've interpreted it" is a pretty slippery slope leading to basically bending the Torah to mean whatever you'd like it to mean. Just my opinion, though.

Recently, I cried out to God about this in a similar question. "Can I wear my leather shoes with my linen dress?" I waited and cried out to Him for 3 weeks (almost to the point of fussing about it) and then the Holy Spirit revealed to me on August 30, 2021 the Spirit of this particular law. No, you can not wear animal-based clothing with plant-based clothing at the same time on your body-- a garment in this case is referring to the unit or sum of clothes that you are wearing at any given time; consider John the Baptist. It is either one or the other. All plant-based to the top of your head to the soles of your feet or all animal-based likewise. 100% cotton, 100% linen (like the Levitical Priest and Jesus), 100% hemp or 100% wool or 100% leather (like John the Baptist and Adam and Eve), etc. No blending whatsoever, not even with nylon, rayon, etc. Example--No cotton with spandex or no cotton with polyester, no hemp blended with cotton, etc. And He shared an additional matter with me: our clothes must match--color to color from the top of our head to the soles of our feet (white to white, blue to blue, green to green, etc. or like what He showed me in a vision February 2019--blue dress lined with orange ribbon along the seams and the shoe had the same colors and pattern, blue boot lined with orange ribbon along the seams.). For our God is a God of order. You get the point, I hope. If you have any questions and need confirmation, cry out to God about it like I did. No debating with me, please. Seek God for yourself; I earnestly sought an answer from God about it and that was what I was told directly in my spirit. Shalom!

In the hebrew only one of the verses mentions wool and linen. Its not clear if this is saying Only wool and linen or if wool and linen is an example. Logically though, it doesnt make sense the God would forbid mixing of all animal and all seeds but only one specific type of mixed fabric out of all the inumerable possoble mixed fabrics. That doesnt really convey the message of avoiding mixing. So Im more inclined to believe that mixing of any type of fabrics is forbidden rather than only wool and linen.

@@119Ministries Hi! Thanks for replying to my question. In answer to your followup question, yes, I did watch the video. I rewatched it after reading your comment to see if I missed something. However, I still don't understand why, _on a practical level,_ mixing wool and linen is forbidden. I understand that the commandment is given in relation to the prohibition on mixing the pure word of God with the vain traditions of men, but that's the _spiritual_ aspect of the commandment. I'm wondering what the _practical_ reason for the commandment is. For example, there are practical reasons as to why God forbade the consumption of pork and shellfish - it's all unhealthy meat! So, what's the practical reason for not mixing wool and linen? I hope you can see what I'm asking. Thank you!

@@AidenRKroneDid you get your answer yet? The popular answers include the fibers are for different types of weather, so mixing can have undesirable results. Also, there is a claim that their frequencies cancel each other out, but worn separately, each is very healing for the body. I cannot say if this is true, but Ican say that linen feels fantastic to wear, as does cashmere and wool, and leather socks are so good, so there must be a reason.

It does still say linen and wool, same thing we use today. Scripture says do not mix linen and wool together. It dosent say dont mix any other fabrics or dont wear any other fabrics.
It is very cool when you learn the science behind clothes and their frequencies. Organic cotton has 100
      Polyester, silk, rayon has 15
      Wool has 5000
Linen has 5000 BUT because wool is animal derived it fibers go left to right where linen goes opposite so when mixed together their frequencies cancel each other out and go to 0. Which explains why God tells us not to mix those 2 specific fabrics.
      Our creator is so amazing.

@@ajwebbster4110 yeah I recently looked a little more into this after seeing your comment and found someone saying similar things from a bible study site. They were debating on if Yahweh commanded this for "spiritual" reasons or literal physical reasons. This is what they said concerning the "physical" reason:
"From a hygienic point of view, Wool and Linen have opposing characteristics. Wool has an absorbing and shrinking nature, and retains Heat while linen is resistant, non-shrinkable and is a good conductor of Heat. Woolen clothes are naturally worn to keep oneself warm, while Linen is worn to keep oneself cool in warm weather. *These conflicting tendencies neutralize each other and may cause disorder in connection with the outflow of perspiration from the body.* "

We are getting rid of polyester even though it is in 95% of our current closets. God has been showing us the importance of linen and why He designed the fabric to be clothes. If people wore linen I believe they wouldn’t have nearly as many skin and health problems that polyester on the skin causes. You feel great wearing and sleeping in linen sheets!
