Gupta ji if there is no offence committed why is the court not granting bail to Sisodia mahatma. Even if PMLA is imposed the judges can say that the evidence is bad and Sisodia must be released

The accused has to prove his innocence even when there is no evidence against the accused. This is a clear cut politically influenced matter where Supreme Court does not have the guts to dismiss the case even after ED and CBI have not been able to provide evidence after a time line of over a year.
Because only sexual predators like Brij Bhushan Singh get bail. Alleged criminals like Schinde and Ajit Pawar would have been behind bars but the night before arrest they switched to BJP. Case dropped. Everyone knows what is happening but keep quiet as mice

As pointed out by some, what was the reason for reposting the old video? Unless it is to show that Sirji and his friends are still to be convicted.
A few simple questions you could have asked your colleagues:
1. If the policy was so good, why did Sirji scrap it?
2. If Sirji and his cronies in the Media are calling this a political vendetta, why is he not appearing to ED questioning in spite of 9 summons?
3. As mentioned by your colleague, that the burden of proof lies with the accused. Do you really think that the Court will not grant bail for about an year now? This is in spite of using the services of the most expensive lawyers at Delhi tax payer's expense
4. I am not sure if the Court mentioned before or after this episode - Rs.338 Crores was laundered. It is now for the investigating agency to trace this money. Being a former IRS Officer, Sirji would have probably found ways and means to hide this.

Shekar ji, you are such a seasoned journalist, and took 30 minutes and the end if felt what a waste time, i dont know anything more than what i already know
In case like this you should explain in simple way what the previous policy was and what changes were made to new policy and how it causes loss to govt. (The two of them need to do better job at this), looks they came with hardly any research and what was not said was intentional. You are present on social media. and are creating content many individual channels are putting out more researched content
The worst bit is you guys missed out important Facts
1) the moment the allegations of corruption came light and media and opposition started talking the Delhi govt scrapped the new policy and went back to the old policy.
2) Second Manish sisodia is alleged to have used 13 phones and 43 sims and when asked to produce them phones he simply said he destroyed. (as jouralist you can atleast verified this claim in ED chargsheet)
3) The ED supposed identified the people/vendors/service providers to whom the payments of campaign exp payments were made. (this too could be verified by you people)
4) Further More in the bail pleas the deputy CM Manish sisodia citied sickness of his wife, He never produced logic to punch any hole in in the CBI/ED case, hence his bail please was not accepted. In the last hearing the court said not to appear again for bail plea for next 6 months or unless the trial does not start

The ground for arrest is enshrined in definition of money laundering I.e. concealment of predicate offence, globally. It’s not important to recover money from the offenders, if the enforcement agency of the jurisdiction is able to link between the origin of fund & its use. If AP has paid bills for posters, banners, cut outs, bills of hotels, restaurants, transportation, air tickets, amount paid to media etc for GOA election, as put forward by ED, money trail can be established by approaching the respective vendors, by whom it was paid.
Even this string will help the ED to book the ultimate beneficiary under ambit of PMLA.

Your Panel should remember that without KCR's intervention and financial involvement, this scam -liquorgate- couldn't have taken place. He met Kejriwal personally during the timelines of the developing scam. It wouldn't have been possible for Kavitha to dictate the liquor policy but for her Dad's involvement. If you noticed, he hasn't raised a finger at ED for having arrested his Daughter till date. Similar scam played out in Telangana, wherein a liquor distributor / retailer with brandname 'Tonique' evaded payment of licence fee as well as taxes to the state govt. This scam too involves hundreds of crores. KCR's own Sons KTR & Santosh are alleged to have been involved in this. KCR is a known scamster, having been involved in countless scams since his early career : Cheating uneducated youth by promising jobs in the Gulf, putting them in a flight, & after landing in Mumbai, telling the youth that they landed in Dubai & disappearing. Was involved in Chit fund scams, Passport scams, PF scams (While being Union Minister ), & after he became CM, many scams involving Power Purchase kickbacks, Thermal Power Project purchases (Yadadri Power Plant), Irrigation Projects where he himself designed the barrages ( calling them 'dams' ) where he did not know the difference between a dam & a barrage. Knowledgable Engineers were sidelined. Project cost involved: Rs 130000 Cr. These projects are currently collapsing due to shoddy work. MEIL, the Contractor gave KCR over 600 Cr through electoral bonds.KCR, who couldn't afford to pay EMI's to bank for his car purchase in 2001(it was later seized by that bank) went on to purchase an executive airplane, & wanted to finance most political parties to form a coalition under his power. Also to note, Kavitha's husband Anil was a liquor salesman in New Jersey while they were living there. The entire family has a deep taste for liquor & its business !
