Comparing the cost at higher trim versus the starting price of the next model up is misleading because by the time you include the addons, it's a very significant price increase.
I've seen some of his videos, there're lines at intersection to show which way the vehicle is going to go. Are those lines om the road for every vehicles or just cars?
The Corolla Cross Hybrid is an example of Toyota struggling to meet a price point. Every feaature, every trim piece, even paint color can cause the price of a vehicle to rise dramatically. Take the missing spare tire that's replaced by a styrofoam tray under the load floor - next year there won't be a tray anymore! New cars below $30k will soon be just a memory. I'm relieved to see the Corolla Cross Hybrid below $40k. Gonna set my time machine for 2025, just for fun.
It's true, Edd. "Appliance" vehicles like this one are bought with the head, not the heart, so the value has to be strong. While I don't necessarily see tons of value to other versions of the Corolla Cross, this Hybrid model checks a ton of boxes for the money. It's a recipe best served for around $32K (entry spec with one option package). Let's hope affordable models are still possible in the EV future!
Finally they make it a hybrid.
yeah about time, since the hybrid's been around in asia since its release 3 years ago.
How did you get the torque number? I read that Toyota doesn't publish the number for Hybrid.

This is one nice hybrid SUV to get it Miles.
How bad is the road noise on this one?
Where did you get that total torque figure from ? No other reviewer has a clue and Toyota themselves do not put it on their website.
Glad Toyota is finally going LED with front and rear lights and signals, they were slacking for a while
unfortunately the rear signals are red as opposed to amber ..

CVT's sound on high rev is so painful for ears
Better than simulated gears that make the car slower
Drive it normally and you'll barely notice most CVTs, if you floor it at every intersection of course you'll hear it.
Me yelling "SHIFT" at the screen every time someone launches a CVT. Then I swear burnt clutch smell comes out of the monitor.
😂
Interesting the corolla sedan has a soft touch dash but this doesn’t. Also wished the corolla hatchback was available in a hybrid!
The hatchback is available in a hybrid, atleast here in europe! Not as a plug in though. Just drove one yesterday.
I’ve sat in a 2024 Toyota rav 4 hybrid 2:18
Is there an option for ventilated front seats on a higher trim?
No
Unfortunately, no
They should put this power train in the GR86 with a manual
Lol Miles didn’t like being interrupted by Omar for his poopy blast comment.
Bro who was that loser that pulled up on you??!? Hate when people interrupt you while filming!
Hope you can make videos about Koenigsegg Gemera
We live in a time when a crossover based on a Corolla is faster than an Accord. Wow.
Really.?
@@Reu_agmaybe the 1.5t but not the 2.0.....
@@kellslayxr2089 2.0t is dead
This is the best rather than Rav 4
But but .. we Americans like bigger things (cars). I am just messing with you. Agree on what you said.
Jesus Christ is coming back very soon💜
Get your schizophrenia out of here
