Why do you have to be with an association member anyway that’s ridiculous
No doubt😂 some people got nothin better to do these days lol
I was the president of our homeowners association - it would likely be a liability concern if someone would happen to get injured on common ground of the association. ...The entire association could be held liable. The thinking would be, as long as you're accompanied by an association member, that member assumes liability for people outside of the association.
....Just odd he never brought that up...
