And here we have the second part of this busy morning at Manchester Airport on the 7th April 2017. Here we see the closure of RW23L as single runway operations commence on 23R for most of the video (23L reopens towards the end). That means this time, as well as landings we see close up rotations, much of which landed in part 1
It was a very nice cloudy morning, no sun really to be seen, as it was Friday, there were quite a few leisure flights operating out of the 'Benidorm of the north' as one described it, heading to places like Funchal, Malaga, Tenerife etc. It was also nice meeting up with two fellow youtube spotters, AviationUpClose and EGCC Aviation, of whom were also here during the visit
This video includes Emirates A380 wearing the FC Arsenal livery, Qatar Airways 787 Dreamliner, Virgin Atlantic A330, Thomas Cook A330's, Thomson 787 Dreamliner, Singapore Airbus A350, American Airlines' 767's and A330-200, Delta Airlines 767 and 777-200(LR), Ryanair 737-800's, Corendon Dutch 737-800, Jet2 737 and 757, Condor (Thomas Cook) 757-300, Thomson 757-200, Easyjet A319's and A320's and plenty more!

It's a golden rule for me. this is fabulous. But knowing where a plane is landing from and taking off to is a major plus. Plus info about the plane....BRAVO! this is great

I love the super long 757's, i remember when BA had a load of them back in the day i used to think they looked so odd being skinny and long but yeah i appreciate that more now that im older 😉🤣

I picked up an original copy of Airport and Airliners, 1948 the other day. It includes schedules for all British airports; Manchester Ringway had 15 arrivals a day, nearly all Dakotas except one Air France from Paris.

Again, I am truly appreciative of all the work you have put into both parts of the video. I’m guessing you had to have spent at least 10+ hours for 2, 1 hour videos. That is some great dedication. However, I did see one mistake you made. At 20:25, for a TUI B757, you wrote “Landing from Tenerife” when it should have been, “Departing to Tenerife.” For that, we must confiscate your camera, put you under house arrest, and make you wear an ankle monitor. JUST KIDDING!!! Given how much concentration it takes to video and edit, I would start getting blurry eyed too. Thank-you so very much for all you do to keep us happy. I really enjoy your work and keep them coming!

Yes for Manchester it is, between 08:00-13:00 is best

i wanted to ask why is the Singapore a350 flying to houston? is there a connetion there to then go to Singapore because that seems like the long way
Nicolas Wilding I think that it's a non stop flight A350 is a large range plane like a 777 it's not too long of a flight over the Pacific ocean I understand stand your point I hope my answer helps :)
