- Here is my latest RC monster truck build break down. I built this off of the Losi lmt-10 platform.
J concepts racer tires
J concepts tribute wheels and bead locks
Freestyle RC wheel adapters
NSDRC RS800V2 Servo
Treal servo saver
Treal aluminum axle housings
GPM links
Team knk 100mm limiting straps
Tabs are from scale metal supplies
LX bypass shocks
Stock Losi LMT-10 coil shocks, center trans and electronics
Custom cage I made from 3/16 steel
Custom 3d printed headers, drive shaft hoops,panels., and fuel cell
The engine came from the axial smt-10 I just spruced it up to make it more realalistic
Front amber light I got from RPP hobby
Camo stencils from freedom stencils
In the era of RTR, ARF, and BNF, it’s nice to see someone young putting the time and effort into a custom scale build. Well done.

Man what a beautiful build. One of my bucketlist rc things to do is to make a build atleast half as good as urs. I myself as well as a lot of other people I’m sure would love to see a few teardown videos or general things. Upload as shorts as well to promote the longer vids

Do the driveshaft loops spin with the driveshaft on this one? Would you consider sharing your file for them? Would you mind telling us more about your 3d printing projects like the loops, and body panels like what you use to design, who prints, lessons etc?

I, at first thought didn't realise the cars where R/C.
Mate, seriously, your editing of sound on the videos is nothing short of a full professional.
You should be very proud of your achievements, totally blew me away with everything going on in the videos.
Please keep the videos coming, I've subscribed to the channel because of the uniqueness and also I'm a huge R/C fan.
My scale of choice is 1/5th scale. Have 2 39cc Monster livery cars, 1 stadium truck and the other one is a buggy.
Have a zenoah 42cc racing boat also. Many years of destruction of video cameras on top of vehicles.

Bro, this is seriously impressive. These builds are top tier.
Really nice work. I like the logic of keeping the central chassis plates mostly unmodified and building your cage around it. I will be interested to see how the GPM links last. I have treal upper links but the front two have worn faster than I expected plus they did have a bit of interference at full compression. How have you setup the stock shocks? I found when my anti-roll bar links snapped the bladders in the stock shocks would always burst. Now I run the stock shocks without bladders and they have been fine.

Awesome build! What scale lx shocks did you use? They look longer than than the stock shocks.

Your videos actually look like a monster truck, whereas most videos of the Losi LMT are crazy fast and unrealistic. I'm currently building one for 2S with a silver soldered metal cage and will have on board sound. Do you find the stock electronics too coggy at low revs (being non sensored)? I was wondering about replacing the stock setup with a 540 13 turn brushless, sensored combo as I'll only be using it at low speed and want smooth control at low RPM.

Side note, you can get mountable battery plugs, makes pluging and unplugging much easier. I usually put them on a body mount or shock tower, but I'm sure with the build detail, you can figure that part out.

I can honestly say a lot of lmt owners would love to get their hands on this chassis. Build to order only print up install instructions 300$ a chassis 200$ down to start the build.. I would take 2 get them done before the first snow fall here in Idaho for the 2023 season...
