There's a Kebab shop I love that makes a combo burger, 1/2 gyro kofta meat, and a burger patty, everything on it, bacon and pepperjack with lots of tzatziki....oh man the Noms..good stuff here.

Omg I’m making this one tonight you guys!!! And yes make more burgers!!! This was a great idea. I love love love gyros. I just saw ground lamb at Aldi and wondered what I’d do with it. I was thinking lamb tacos but nope!!! GYRO BURGERS!!!! 🎉

Hey Robinsons, I like your idea of adding Herbes de Province because it lets people buy one spice mix if they don't have a pantry full of spices already. My preference is for a thinner patty, it'd be the only change I would make, looks great!

@@cookingwiththerobinsons in the past it has been pizza (either Kenji Lopez Alt's foolproof pan pizza or Real Deep Dish's Chicago deep dish using his quick dough recipe). Today my son has been invited to a birthday party at 5 so no cooking here, looks like wings and pizza out!
Can't go wrong with wings and pizza! We ended up making brats, stuffed jalapeno poppers and stuffed mushrooms.
