Played the game for a day ,then watched this video-restarted a new game and bought a harvester, header, semi and trailer and started doing harvesting contracts and flipping fields...such a nice way to start a game. Awesome video, thanks for posting it!!!

I just found this game on PS4 and am playing it with my two little boys. We've got about an hour to play each day, so alas, I'd rather cheat in the quick cash and let them have the fun of buying new toys, driving the machines and working the land, while I create my own farm and build it from scratch; to each their own - Thanks for the advice Dj.

I like to take on fertilizing contracts and do them with the starting fertilizer equipment (I don't remember what it's called but it's the one that sits on the back and spreads solid fertilizer). It's actually a really good fertilizer. It spreads 24m, can be driven quite fast and is frugal on the amount it spreads. Even the largest fields only take 10-15 minutes to do and can pay out as high as $18,000. Two or three of those can net a cool $36,000 to $50,000.
Edit: The fertilizer in question is the Kuhn Axis 40.2 M-EMC-W. It's the smallest one in the store.

True. Some people just want to get money and play however or just mess around. This is for them. Farming the right way and being more realistic is what the game is really meant for, you are correct.

We all play the game diffrently...i prefer earning the money...but if someone wanna cheat in singleplayer..to be able to buy everything..then do that..

The fiat is a mint tractor that if you play the game right stays relevant the entire time, it is capable of doing a ton of tasks very well. its just slow in transit, doesnt matter when the tool only lets it go 12kmh anyway
I use two of the 180hp ones now.
as long as you dont need to travel with it. I hated taking it around from field to field. way to slow. lol

I really LOVE the multi to single player way of getting the money I need. I haven’t flipped any of my fields yet, but still making a butt load of money now that I have the money to get the equipment I needed from this. The video was a lot of help.👍🏼
When doing contacts, you only need to do 90%-95% of the field. Harvest contacts crop after the required amount you will get money for. Extra crop from suger beets/potatoes will generally cover the lease cost, same for baling contacts, which you can mow outside of field, generating extra bales.

Thanks for the video.. never thought of buying land, harvesting and then selling the land. This has made the game fun. I was really getting bored with how long it took to make money. Didn’t like the small amount you would make on contracts.

You may be surprised to know that the smaller tractor is actually producing more horses than the other 2
it has 35 more hp therfore the FIAT is better at the start to use as a sower

don't forget in nr 2 to speed up the time when prices are still rising. when it slows down till it stops quickly go to normal speed and you get more when you sell. instead of selling for the prices you see. it takes not long time when speeding up and gives way more money.
Good video!! I like to just plant soybeans! Soybeans is a cash crop and I collect enough to sell a lot at once. Then start to branch off into other crops, maybe switching from soybeans and canola!
Michael E I did that in 17 and still do when i play that and 19.. Soybeans have always been a good cash crop you can get a big amount of $$$$$ off the field of Soybeans
I think the yields are kinda low for soybeans but you can harvest more per load
So after you created all the farms, when you switch back over too carrer what level is it is it farm manager.
You can also sell off the buildings you own, if you start on new farmer apart from the farmhouse, cause they are usually only decorative items and serve no purpose 😁

Sell the house too, then just go to 120x time through the night.
If you sell EVERYTHING in new farmer you typically end up with 1.7mil
How do you sell the houses?
If you do contracts, you do not need to flip the land. Harvest an entire field, you will give about 80% of crops to fulfill the contract, the rest is yours to keep. If you leash equipment, you can use very same truck to bring the crops to your silo or sell them. Don't leave them inside leashed equipment though or you will lose them.
Potato field that pays 54k for contract have about 40k worth of potatoes on it also, that you will be able to just sell.
The fiat actually had more horse power than the fendt qnd I like using it because it's easier to control and more basic
I like to use in game features that gives the most money for the time invested. Such as chopping down trees and sell, or riding horses and then sell them for 50k. But I also use the buying a field-harvest-sell method. Quick easy free money!

best way i know how to reap rewards is buy as much land as possible and amalgamate the fields
1 field of prized crops that is large the more money it makes vs small fields of diversified crops , lease verses buy lease works for small lease holds, buy if you are going to expand into 1 base farm..
the more land you have with removed boundary assets the better crop rotation you get and the less issues with combines and large tractors..
cartage of grains and root crops road trains are your best friend

Idk. It’s just satisfying to me having a large farm and having like 5 harvesters going at once on a huge field.
The fiat has 110kw that’s strong so it may be slow but very powerful, it’s very easy to climb up hills, and carry large trailers. So it’s a Good choice to not sell, it doesn’t sell or cost much, making it absolutely pointless to sell, and way better to buy
And it’s a pretty cool little tractor. I used it for plowing with the duals.

#2 flipping land. I'll do contracts on that field. So you get paid to cultivate sow and fertilize the field then harvest it for myself.
If you need horsepower for plowing, seeding or even baling, the 6x6 truck will work just as well as the equivalent HP tractor will at twice the price.
Try using the Government Subsidy Sign. The more signs the more money. It is once a day but it does 80k per 6 hours I think. 💰
It gives you 100k an hour per sign

A lot of these were just exploiting the game in unfair/unfun ways. And it is better to buy than lease for long term you would know that if you actually played the game for more than 30 minutes. And I would keep ranting but I need to go feed my FS19 horses with oats that I harvested with my paid off combine
yeah iv got 2 s780s one leased one bought,im almost at the flip over point of when the leased is more than the bought one, but iv made 1 really big field in 8 and 11 but keep speanding it else where rather than buying a new combine as its still making far more than costing
the only fields you can "flip" and make it like real life. Are the grass fields. As many times most older folk have land with 6-15 acres of grass lands that they lease out to smaller bale farmers. Lease out 25-100 acre land plots to larger farms who use that land for crops or baling. So the "flipping" of grass fields is more realistic than the flipping of larger fields for crops. As those might not pay to cultivate, sow, and sell to buy and harvest again later.

I will lease if I'm not using something for very long, but I will buy if I will keep using it. For example, I HATE harvesting root crops, but some are needed for pigs. So, I bought a field that had potatoes on it, leased the items needed, then brought them back when I was done. I don't plan on harvesting root crops very often, so leasing that was the best option in my opinion.

Real advice, buy fields before harvest.
Buy once, buy right. Never lease.
Buy the fastest tractor, harvester and semi.
Buy the largest of each attachment.
Use a central farm to store the equipment.
Have a dedicated fertilizer tractor and do those contracts back to back while you plant your fields.

Yeah you can also take on harvesting contracts, cancel it once you've loaded up and sell the proceeds but they might as well make "Liquor Store Stick Up Simulator" then.....

I sold field 19, and all the tractors , and got myself a new cultivator, John Deere, work shop, power washer, AND still had money left over. I'm yet to sell the silage, but I have a nice amount! I forgot to get a dog though.... Maybe i can get bye with selling the harvester and getting the cheapest harvester and make some cash of that.
Is the multiple farms cheat still doable on ps4 or has some patch fixed it? I've just bought fs19 and this video is a bit oldish.

That 500.000 isn’t a loan in ‘from scratch’
You mentioned to buy a field and harvest. However, you can do a couple better on that... First, buy a good fertilizer that can cover a field fast - worth the investment. Watch for contracts constantly that want you to fertilize and take those jobs. You'll make good money on that - and later when you buy that feed to harvest its crop, the crop will be that much better because of the fertilizer that somebody else paid you to fertilize. Too, when you're on the land, harvest its lumber and grass if you have the equipment - its all free money if you have the tools.
Where would be a good place to get fertilizer in FS19?
A trick I use is to take a harvesting contract, and right at 99% completion, I cancel the contract and I still obtain the crop. I don't know if he covered this because I briskly watched this video, but that's what I do

I got solar panel mod and I start out buying cheap land put 3-4 of the biggest ones they r $150,000 a piece then they pay out $810 each that $3240 every hour so I speed the clock to 120. I do contracts to make a little extra but when get back to $1,250,000 I pay off my debt! Haven't got much farther yet but i enjoyed the video looking forward to trying out the last one I like to buy biggest and all the land store my crops and make $$$ off of live stock or SOLAR FARMS LOL
i mean all three starting tractors have the same HP iirc, I still have my fiat running. I just use ti for fertilizer

the edit the saved game file to add what ever number of cash you want, i usually use that way much easier.
1:38 you say the Fiat has crap hp, but it has more/the same hp as the Fendt. 🤦🏻♂️
And the fendt costs more so you get lot of money when u sell it

I just got the game because it's free for Xbox game pass. Spent 10+ hours farming before I seen this. I did the money cheat and honestly I don't think it takes away from the game. Even with the 10 mill I still put the time to do almost everything myself. Thanks for the tips.

The fiat is not such a bad tractor..It has its advantages..its slow but powerfull for the price. It's the cheapest tractor in the game, around 60 000..Its cheap for a 150 horsepower tractor.
Use it for field work, not on the street..

The number 1 tip i would give to any1 that dont wanna cheat or do things they think would be cheating is to start your farm with horses. the earlier u get horses the faster u can buy bigger stuff. And what i like with it is that it isent any instant money but still very high amount if u look after the horses. Yes it takes about 9 days for horses to achieve maximum value 50k per horse and if u dont wanna ride them yourself then u can use mod horsehelper. Some think that is cheating some dont regardless u still have to feed them so its not a total cheat. Invest early in horses and u can get 400k or 800k every 9 days with small/big horse pen. Sounds like a long time but early u dont really have mutch to do so using 30x or even 60x time speed and the days will fly by. especially if u sleep past the nights. And the best part is that everything the horses need can be bought from the store Straw, Hay, Oat. last thing u need is water but a tank can be leased for 100$.
My way: get the government subsidy mod and spam them all over ur farm and put time at x120

Just wanted to give everyone a few facts about farming SIM 19 that might surprise everyone it's this all the equipment represents the real counterparts acceretly that's what impressed me the most
My friend has his own farm from mine but I helped him with a contract I had permission to enter the equipment also, I delivered some harvest with borrowed equipment for contract and when I dropped the load I got cash for the drop. When the harvest was complete my friend got the contract money as well which was 15k but the 2 loads that I dropped for 15k a piece...
If you are console player create a multiplayer in that middle mode and create 8 farms save and go to carreer and you have 10 million
The Fiat has 150 bhp but the fendt favourit 510c only has 110bhp, so the Fiat has more power than the fendts, I would personally use the fiat for fieldwork, where top speed is irrelevant
While I wait on my crops growing I check for other fields that are ready to harvest. I buy the field, harvest the crop and sell the fruit. I then sell the field. You don't lose money on selling the field. You can do this everytime while waiting on your own fields to grow and make up to £100k each field you buy and sell.
While you wait for your crops growing, put the time to 120× and its ready to Harvest in just 5 minutes..lol
Open save game. find the Farms. open with Notepad++. put a few in front of the money amount. like 10 in front. save log in and boom 10 m ect. easyer ;)
If you take a harvesting contract you can take the grain to a different sell point and you get the money from the crop and contract

I sell all things and buy solar panel, put the speed up, let it turend on, when i go to work and when i get back home i have a lot of money to buy new things for.

I’ve made tons of money with soybeans and cotton. I use it to buy more land and connect the fields, then make even more money from those crops. I own several equipment now and have them all on the massive field doing different things. I can harvest, plow/cultivate, and seed all at once. Set the workers, adjust the speed so they don’t run into each other and it’s done in no time.
I just started play a few days ago and soybeans is all I been harvesting.

The fiat is slow and its realistic cause old tractors arent as fast as new ones, but 25 km/h is enough for farm jobs like sowing, plowing and cultivating. It also has a plenty of power

you can get a hefty amount by placing 20 or 30 government subsidy signs which are free ( both the mod and the signs in-game)

fertilizing contracts and flipping fields worked for me I did this for 5 hours straight and made a good chunk of change once I bought a bigger harvester it made those small fields gravy train and I always harvested fields with the same crop to build them up for a full trailer and waited for a good price then sold the crops and field
Make a new multiplayer game and make as many farms as you want. Save and leave. Then you go on career and it will give you the money for as many farms as you made. For example, make 4 farms you will get 5 million dollars in a click

There is a mod called “subsidy” they cost 1,000 to place I’m pretty sure but they bring in 150,000 an hour so if you want speed up the time and place as many as you want and boom you got bank 😘
Do you a fee if you lease a item an have it in your farm even when your not using it
I would sell both the tractors, the cultivator, and the seeder, and buy a nice airseeder so that you can no till
Complete private contracts, particularly, harvesting, spraying and fertilizing, borrow equipment if contracts are worthwhile. Harvest contracts can be extremely profitable. Cheating via exploits, glitches, or mods is just being lazy and requires no skill. Management is an art, the science of farming is not a grind if you are experienced.

Can also sell buildings, and get the barak or chairs instead of the big farmhousecand the farm barn are rather useless so good money there also 😁
another ide is to get a trailer and some thing to pull it look at the oats price at a sell point is more then you buy a pallet for you get a profit nice and simpel

You earn about 25k per horse when you sell them. Not mutch after10 days.
@@masus81 Considering that, IIRC, a horse costs $2,500, that's a profit margin of 1000%, not counting feed and water (which are minimal). If you have ten horses that's $250,000 for a $25,000 investment. That's a really good profit for ten days of work, and the work is pretty easy, once you're all set up properly.
I had it wrong. A horse costs $5000 (minus delivery fees). After 10 days, with proper care, it sells for $50,000 (minus delivery fees). The profit margin is still the same.
