Shit wish I had a dad like u 😂😂 I got a shit escort van with 3 fail sheets when I took it for its mot and my dad never gave me my money back that I paid him for it 🤣🤣 I learned a lesson that day never trust anyone 😂😂
That bike is the bike I learned on, learned how to build on, everything. My 91 has never given me any problems my 06 YZ has given me more problems than it haha
My Favorite looking 90s bike. I rode the wheels off this thing in the early 90s. Right up the arm of the couch with my hand... lol. Pops had a 91 kx 250 love the colors!
That was my first new bike. I was 16. I saw kiedrowski flying at millville on one in 1991. Good time's. Glad to see they're still out there in that amazing condition.
This was my first bike ever! Besides a pedal bike but man! What a learning experience, had no one to teach me a thing! Loved it, learned and still learning. Got me a 450 now but going to save a get a 500 2 stroke! keep 'em both!
Paris dakar Yep! I had a KDX 80 and when I went to the KX 80 I couldn’t believe the difference! Both 80cc but NOTHING else in common, the KX was a rocket!
That is one gorgeous KX 125. Looks factory fresh, brand new, out of the crate. I love the multicolored graphics on the bikes. They really bring out the beauty of the bike, alot more.
The old guy can ride, and I mean that with tons of respect, 125s are more fun the better you can ride. And he can rip so he is having a ball. Great vids love 2 strokes!!!!
This brings back memories..loved my 91 KX125! Jetting was awful but once that was dialed in it was great. You guys always find these brand new never ridden motorcycles..amazing.
I would love to see more 125 videos. The 500ms are cool because you don’t see them every day but there’s just something special about a wide open 125. Great video 👌🏼
You said it’s never been raced or in the woods or abused but wait a second you were just racing it around up into the woods and some might say you were abusing it just a little . Seriously it really is a beauty
The best vids of this kind! They're straight to the point, no BS, and learn a little history. What a lifestyle! Also, can't get these characters anywhere else. Keep doing what you love, gents. 🇺🇸
I had 2 best friends pass away just weeks apart 2 years ago and I have one if there bikes. It's a 1992 kx125 and it's a basket case. I'm going to start restoring it and give it back to his dad who will hopefully bring it to the track. Its the first time I'll of ever done anything like this and my funds are mostly zero so I will be doing everything by myself to keep the costs down. My friend always had his stuff immaculate and I hope I do him proud I want to achieve the same standard as your bike here. I hope I achieve it. 🙏
Whenever I see those neon KX graphics, instant time warp to my teenage years. Good times, I’m still off-road but now my legs are providing the power instead of premix.
Had a 1991 KX 250. Loved it! Oh and, thanks for touting one of my favorite racers of all times, Mike “MX Kied” Kiedrowski. Keep up the great work guys. 🤙
@1:44 Damn... Lunatic.. 🤣 Nice seeing Ken throw these small-bores around.. Those big bores are harder to do that with.. Great idea showing the rest of the property sometimes with the bikes.. 🏁🇺🇸🏁
Awesome, I actually bought a '91 KX125 basket case when I was 16 in '96 for $750, put 'er together rode it like I stole it, and sold it in '99 for $1500.
I used to own a 84 kx 125 the one with round fenders who Jeff Ward won the championship on. After that year the power band was toned down for better traction. Still through 3-4 fourth gear it was as scary as my 89 kx 500. Seriously it was hard to keep it from flipping twenty foot in the air. Smaller back sprocket and 2nd gear starts made it track so many hole shots even vs bigger bikes. At one point I had a few 250's and big bores and people rode my bikes and said dude whats the deal with that lil 125 lol
Love this comment ....I had a 1984 KX125 &used it every weekend during the early 1990's ...Great times!! The smell of the 2 stroke oil&brilliant sound ...power band was awesome!!
One of the best looking bikes ever made

My parents got me a 91 KX250 for graduation. Loved that bike so much!
I had a 92 250 that was an absolute ripper. I think I miss that one the most.
That bike is the bike I learned on, learned how to build on, everything. My 91 has never given me any problems my 06 YZ has given me more problems than it haha

That was my first new bike. I was 16. I saw kiedrowski flying at millville on one in 1991. Good time's. Glad to see they're still out there in that amazing condition.
The plastics and style still looks on point they messed up when they stopped making them
Kaplan cycles where every bike you purchase has no knobbies left, love the videos keep them coming.
I love the way you can't help but get on these brother. That's love.
This was my first bike ever! Besides a pedal bike but man! What a learning experience, had no one to teach me a thing! Loved it, learned and still learning. Got me a 450 now but going to save a get a 500 2 stroke! keep 'em both!

Recently snagged a 1993 KX125 hour after I ruined the bottom end waiting on the machine shop to press the crank for me so I can get back on that thing
You remember kdx model.
Paris dakar
Yep! I had a KDX 80 and when I went to the KX 80 I couldn’t believe the difference! Both 80cc but NOTHING else in common, the KX was a rocket!
Seeing these great looking bikes bring me back to better days of that beautiful blue smoke in the air love the smell of 2 stroke in the morning

Those blue fork uppers just set that whole beauty off!!
Whenever I see those neon KX graphics, instant time warp to my teenage years. Good times, I’m still off-road but now my legs are providing the power instead of premix.
Reminds me of the kmx125 and the klx250 of the same time
Ken i painted my seat on my 2007kx250f purple a few years ago. PURPLE AND GREEN baby take care
This is exactly my bike back in the day. Light and fast....really loved riding it.
Yeah I’m an old fart riding for 41 years but learning to ride (and control) a dirt bike is how everybody should be introduced to motorcycles
Nice bike guys, brings me right back to the early 90s racing the 125 class
I am always inspired by Kaplan’s builds
Bru that take off you did with the wheelie was insane!!! 💯🎯💯🎯💯🔥🔥🔥
This thing is an absolute beast, I had my first one about 20 years ago, and it's scared the shit out of me!!!

Also the fork of kdx is different, less good
I love my 90" kx125
Your bike is sick
I bought Tyson Vohland's 91 kx125 Supercross bike at the end of his season. I raced that bike for a couple years. Such a great bike!
Shreeeeedn on the one two five!!! Brings back so many memories . by brother used to let me ride his 90s kx 125 way back in 95.
I raced a fully modified 91 kx 125. Great overall package.
I love Kawasaki.
Building a 91 cr125. But dang I'm in love with this Kawasaki 😍
I'm 14 I've got a 05 rm 125 just sold my 98 cr 125. I love these 125s there so light and fun

@@anthonybressler4404 Drifted left, right, finished off with a wheelie.. 👌
Mike Bressler Yes at first I thought it was Jr ? Kenny needs to get back on the track and show them youngsters how it’s done.
@@anthonybressler4404 Don't encourage him.... 🤣

I had a KX80 as a kid back then. Some of my happiest memories are those of owning and driving that thing.
Love the work you do on these classics 👌Had most of these in my late teens 🤙
