- Police in the German city of Essen have used pepper spray against protestors who tried to break through a security cordon at a party congress of the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD). Members of the AfD reelected Tino Chrupalla and Alice Weidel to another two-year term as joint party leaders.

My sister is a legal immigrant to Germany, earning in Switzerland, being taxed at 50% in Germany, shes made effort to naturalise like (learning German despite not needing it for work) but she’s packing up and leaving because of this far left wave

How are they calling for Germany's downfall? We are an export nation known for high quallity goods. So we need stabel treaties and finances and a highly quallified workforce and the resources to maintain this state. Every single policy of the AfD is detrimental to that.
