this was great! really need to make a mississippi dish soon and agreed on the pepperoncini flavors being great. if you have time to answer or address it, i'd be curious if anything stuck to the insert, and if you think that would be a problem for many of your recipes? thanks for showing us this!

I was interested in this when it came out a couple of years ago, until I had read there were some issues with the appliance burning up. Might want to keep your eyes on it the first couple of times using it. I’m sure they would have fixed the issue, but better safe than sorry, right? I’ve yet to try any of your Mississippi stuff because I don’t think we have those things you put on the chicken last. We do have banana peppers, are they the same? If so, I’m so going to try it, either with the roast or the chicken, or maybe both lol Enjoy your camping time. Gotta love this year for that. 🙂
