Funny you should say that because he does have the cloak ability in this. There is an achievement related to it in which you must kill a number of enemies using cloak
The one thing I'm concerned with is that it seems they will be scrapping PvP MP, or at least moving it to the side for Escalation. They haven't mentioned a PvP MP, nor was there a single achievement for it on the released list. Considering the fact WFC and FoC are only alive in PvP MP now, and Escalation is basically dead... (On PC at least) I really hope they don't fuck up big time here. Also, no unplayably buggy MP for the first month this time, yeh?
There has been currently no evidence of pvp MP but Escalation is returning. This most likely will be the equivalent of Halo 3 ODST in which you have a story and fire fight matchmaking except you level from both. They have improved escalation dramatically however allowing you to control 40 characters (possible including Grimlock and the Dinobots) that you can customize weapons for, upgrade and do so much more for. And whatever upgrades you get from Campaign you can use in Escalation and vice versa. The other theory is that they probably do the GTA 5 thing in which they add multiplayer later after the game comes out in which they can work on a whole new advanced PvP MP that can then be added to the game. That's what I know .

It's good to see that Edge of Reality is introducing a new form of gameplay that will allow us to switch from guns blazing to classic hand to hand combat. Edge of Reality is giving us what we want when High Moon was a bit lazy before.
Is it wrong that I was most excited to see the return of the Sling-Shock at 0:32? I wasn't sure it would be back, since in the last game it was a DLC, but I can't wait to play the Shockwave level from the gameplay trailer using that gun!
BotBrawler9699 Yeah, the only DLC content we know of as of yet are SOE Stinger, WFC Thundercracker and Skywarp, and FoC Electro-bolter and Glass Gas Cannon. (Yes, Cliffjumper, Glass Gas IS available. :3)
It'll be interesting to see what it is like on a smaller scale. Grimlock was awesome, but he was basically invincible, and I look forward to being able to switch between swords and guns as Drift. I'm glad they're still bringing some innovation gameplay wise regardless of the fact that they are re-using a lot of the FoC coding.
I completely agree, Hopefully Drifts combat will be smooth and sleek to use. Maybe we will be able to see more melee and physical weapons in the game and multiplayer. Also, it would be bloody awesome to punch someone in the face as Ironhide.

But holy crap, after watching that trailer I think it's a lot simpler than I originally expected. I think the FoC beginning portion of the game is going to be about the discovery of the Dark Spark on the Aligned/FoC Cybertron, and then it'll be somehow transported into the alternate AoE universe, without any of the characters crossing universes themselves. I'd imagine the AoE portion would then be the re-discovery of the Dark Spark and the eventual destruction/containment of it.
All that happens is he stands still and shoots his gun for the whole trailer
