Two tips for better harvester use from a real machine operator :). 1. For big trees only use the arm without extensions. Try to be as close as possible to prevent the tree tipping your machine. 2. When cutting the logs to size, wait for the arm to settle before making the cut. It will be a lot easyer for the forwarder guys to pick up neatly stacked logs than that mess you are leaving currently.
Are you in the UK? Very fascinated about the way you guys log over there with the harvesters and forwarders and such. Very cool! Been really enjoying doing that on my playtthrough. I'm in Canada so around here it's all roadside logging, mostly. Where I am anyways. Those harvesters you guys use are amazing machines.
Or is it most of Europe that uses that technique? Forgive my Westerner ignorance, lol. The company I was looking at selling those harvesters seemed based in the UK, so....
@@oneill6291 I think in Germany is about the same. I never was in UK so i can not tell anything about their Forestry style but in Germany is about the same :)
That is looking great!! Are there any forestry area's in the maps they have released yet?? Looks like it's mostly deciduous tree's in all the video's I've seen.
@@hallymadness Yeah I just finished building a great one. Planted 750 trees!! It's magnificent! I mean that's in F22. I'm holding off on 25 for a few more months I think - At least until FDR gets his mods up and running.
@albertogarcia5276 i don't know if you can set that up with the software from logitech. Thrustmaster farmsticks they have no buttons to switch to left and right but can do that with the software. If buying that logitech you have to ask if there is some kind of setup for them
Ohh that is going to be annoying. Regardless how good operator you are this is going to be very bad. Honestly I've never tried the actual farming side of the FS25 yet but to hear that the bales are shaking as well this is very bad.

Thanks a lot 🙏 😊

Not really, i think I can build forestry area myself.

Looks a lot smoother today, how did you go with sculpting? Was it still broken? Have a great weekend brother. 😉👍
I think it is a lot smoother because of the map. Sculpting is still broken. Have a great weekend as well brother. Take care 🙂
I have found that if a log sticks, slightly opening the grab releases it, then tighten back up to transfer the logs you have.
Yes,but sometimes it is not working
I need a tip.Can I combine extrime 3D pro yoysticks from logitech together for fs?
Honestly I don't know. I have never used Logitech joysticks combined together. I have used T16000m Duos from Thrustmaster and now the farmsticks.
Problem with extreme 3d joysticks is that does not have a button to difference wich is on the left and on the right

try to 2nd trailer for volvo ...yea i have a same problem with logs
I know 😊 we just have to wait to be fixed.
Is it possible to copy paste keybinds into game files? Rather than setup every button manually.
I don't really know. Never tried it.
I still get alot of shaking if i hand load small bales of hay, they shake to the point they fall off before you get the trailer loaded

Had last night picking up 1 log, and there was like 6 logs stick to it..
Well i can make a list of the problems so far and report them to Giants.
Yeah couple of times i had it yesterday grab 1 log... and like 4 sticking underneat to the main log that was in my main log,
Some regular fs25 stuff 🙂
Oi
