      diciamo che se preso al costo "giusto" è un ottimo compromesso (poi quelli che suonano bene sono ovviamente altri, ma sono anche più costosi 🙂) 👍👍👍👍

    I almost got one of these but opted for the E-MU B-3 Rom instead, probably a bad move but price was an issue for me then. And I was thinking all-in-one for portability.

      @@marcoballa you still are my inspiration and love how u rocked this VK8m . I love Roland products. I dont use drum machine nor do i use appegiators either. Sounds to computerized and not a real feelin. I use metronome but thru feeling and that is pure natural. Like Bob Marley does everything raw from scratch i do it to with analog sounds. My VK-7 and 8 and 8M sounds warm and lush. I use a Peavy kba15 that i modifyed to sound a tube amp in and out to the PA recorder. Sounds sweet

      not comparable to new generation clonewheels...
      overdrive and chorus are not "correct"...
      leslie sim is "strange"...
      but...
      it has a really personal and effective voice (not similar to a real hammond in any way, but it has its own very precise personality!).

      @marcoballa  4 года назад +1

      @@technoxkft.5660 ciao! According to my tastes (but it is not a matter of personal tastes, if the reference is my C3 hammond the clone should sound as close as possible to it, not to "personal tastes" 🤣😁), the best tone generator is the HX3. It's the best sounding with a real leslie (ALL other clones, with a real leslie, reveal some "digitalness", the HX3 does not).
      With internal leslie simulator HX3 (also included in UHL and MAG organs) and Mojo61/Mojo Classic are great 👍

    Good afternoon. Is it possible to split the keyboard and set a different preset for each section. I have a Novation midi keyboard. Does it allow you to divide the keyboard into zones and set each zone to its own midi channel? Thank you.

    • @marcoballa
      @marcoballa  2 года назад +1

      ciao!
      sorry for delay (I do not receive notification for some comments...)
      I do not have this instrument at the moment (I just used it for this demo).
      as I remember, yes, you can save presets with settings for each section.
      concerning zones/split, it receive midi informations, so I guess it depend on the master midi keyboard you are using.

    • @marcoballa
      @marcoballa  8 месяцев назад

      ciao, grazie a te per essere passato da qui 🙂
      sui controller midi sono poco aggiornato...
      l'ideale sarebbe qualcosa con tasto "waterfall" per la migliore esecuzione organistica, ma di fatto non credo esistano in produzione controller con singolo manuale con tale meccanica.
      sul mercatino dell'usato ogni tanto appare una STUDIOLOGIC VMK161 Plus Organ che era perfetta per lo scopo. oppure prendi un Numa Organ 1 usato (circa 400 euro).
      con doppio manuale il top è il Crumar/GSi DMC 122:
      www.genuinesoundware.com/?a=showproduct&b=42
      oppure con meccanica non waterfall ci sono mille prodotti di cui non conosco caratteristiche specifiche.
      in generale meglio se (per eventuali sviluppi futuri - anche per pilotare plugin su pc -) ci sono 9 fader, pulsanti e potenziometri vari da assegnare alle varie funzioni e ingresso per pedale espressione (esempio il classico dei classici, Roland A-800 Pro).

      Seriously speaking...
      Leslie saturation simulation is THE POINT, for old and new clonewheels, so in my videos you will mostly hear that.
      How the keyclick changes, how frequencies change, how chorus reacts, etc.
      The aim is to compare to a real vintage tube leslie at a "good" volume 😁🤣
