Yes I needed this video I think that is what has happened to me is I have lost my focus. Been doing this for 5 1/2 yrs. 2023 I bounced around the job market like a ping pong ball. Almost locked in on a job right now but will probably be running alot of the east coast. I hate the esst coast. I love running the midwest and the west seeing the open fields and small towns. That gives me life in this job. Hirschbach is one of my options at this time but Ive always strayed away from them because of the driver facing camera. Im thinking maybe I should just take the leap. Ive ran lease before and made money at it between 1500 to 1800 average. I think that Hirschbach will give me more freedom of where I like to run over a company driver. My setup is alot like yours as far as bank account ect. Thank you for the video any advice is welcome thank you.
Wild Beard! Thanks man! I passed my driving exam, graduated CDL school, and I am in Dallas for orientation at a Mega Carrier. Heading back to home terminal tomorrow in Oklahoma, should start training very soon for about 2 to 3 weeks out with a trainer then get my truck for solo otr. Imagine having nothing better to do then going around trying to discourage people based on nothing but pure opinion. If you start a channel with you doing every lease from each company I’ll be more than willing to listen then. Nothing wrong with trying when you have nothing to lose.

I payed off my hirsch truck last year just need know how to play the game against the house,but i can say there lease isnt a scam when i was there,i just hated beening micro managed.
The only way? I work local for giant tiger and make at least $80,000 home every night and no touch freight. There's many ways to succeed in this industry

I might add that everyone lives in different areas that may not have a great paying opportunity as yours. I live in the country, but I'm 2 hours from Austin and San Antonio. Could I live there and find a better opportunity? Absolutely! But my kids deserve a better environment away from the illegals and the gays 😆 So the Sticks is where we'll stay
Lease is what you make it, if cash flow well run and you won’t see home often and make decent money. If you plan on going home every weekend lease will not be for you
